Probl\u00e8me d’entretien de la RN 20 :<\/h3>\n

Des travaux de remplacement\u00a0\u00e0 neuf\u00a0de la chauss\u00e9e de la RN 20 sont actuellement en cours au niveau de Saulx-les-Chartreux.\u00a0Mais\u00a0ces travaux sont superflus, l’entretien de la chauss\u00e9e ne n\u00e9cessitant pas une intervention d’une envergure aussi importante<\/em>.<\/p>\n

En revanche, j’attire l\u2019attention du Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans un courrier que je\u00a0viens de lui adresser sur\u00a0l’\u00e9tat d\u00e9plorable dans lequel est laiss\u00e9 la Nationale 20<\/strong>\u00a0(propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du d\u00e9partement) et o\u00f9 les manquements d’entretien se font lourdement sentir…<\/p>\n

d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une friche<\/strong>\u00a0de plus en plus dense sur le terre-plein central. L’extension de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation, tant en surface qu’en hauteur a compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9 le rev\u00eatement bitumineux qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 il y a peu,<\/p>\n

– panne de l’\u00e9clairage<\/strong>\u00a0au niveau de l’\u00e9changeur RN20\/Francilienne depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Le Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral a timidement inscrit une autorisation de programme dans son budget 2009, mais sans cr\u00e9dit de paiement qui reporte \u00e0 une date ind\u00e9finie la r\u00e9alisation des travaux.<\/p>\n

Des actions doivent \u00eatre financ\u00e9es\u00a0pour le confort des usagers :<\/h3>\n

Le Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral ne peut plus se justifier en se r\u00e9fugiant derri\u00e8re l’argument du transfert de la RN 20 par l’Etat sans compensation qui rappelons-le remonte \u00e0 bient\u00f4t dix ans. De m\u00eame, toutes les annonces r\u00e9centes de cr\u00e9ation d’un syndicat mixte, ou d’interventions de l’Etat pour des financements \u00e0 venir, ne r\u00e8glent pas le quotidien des usagers de la RN 20 qui subissent bouchons, salet\u00e9s, ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, obscurit\u00e9 et m\u00e9pris des pouvoirs publics.<\/p>\n

C’est pourquoi, je demande d’intervenir au plus vite afin de\u00a0restaurer un minimum de propret\u00e9 et d’humanit\u00e9 sur cet axe qui ne doit pas devenir un “bidonroute<\/strong>“.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
