Alerte tous azimuts lundi ! On s’en d\u00e9lectait \u00e0 l’avance : le Maire de Linas \u00e9tait attendu deux fois au tribunal la m\u00eame semaine :<\/p>\n

– le lendemain, mardi 27 juin pour une affaire de viol du secret d’un vote au conseil municipal de Linas ;
\n– le surlendemain, mercredi 28 juin, pour une affaire suppos\u00e9e de viol tout court (plus exactement harc\u00e8lement) d’un collaborateur, affaire inscrite au tribunal des Prud’hommes de Paris.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une telle bande annonce, colport\u00e9e par l’opposition politique de Linas et relay\u00e9e par la presse, vous \u00eates quelques uns \u00e0 demander des nouvelles de cette montagne redevenue taupini\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Affaire N\u00b01:<\/span><\/h3>\n

Le Maire de Linas, tout comme l’agent municipal dont on l’accusait d’\u00eatre complice, a \u00e9t\u00e9 innocent\u00e9 par une relaxe totale.<\/h3>\n

Voici l’histoire :<\/p>\n

Mme Corinne Clotteaux, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue sur la liste du Maire de Linas en 2014, a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9, en 2015, qu’elle n’\u00e9tait plus d’accord avec celui qui l’avait accueillie dans son \u00e9quipe et lui avait ouvert les portes du Conseil Municipal. Afin d’exprimer son nouvel \u00e9tat d’esprit, elle a choisi la fa\u00e7on la plus “courageuse” qui soit : A la faveur d’un vote \u00e0 bulletin secret organis\u00e9 le 14 d\u00e9cembre 2015 pour d\u00e9signer le repr\u00e9sentant de la commune \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 d’agglom\u00e9ration, elle d\u00e9cide de voter anonymement contre le maire et en faveur du chef de l’opposition “Lardi\u00e8re”.<\/p>\n

Toutes les villes de la communaut\u00e9 d’agglom\u00e9ration sont traditionnellement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par leur Maire ; quel est l’int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la commune de Linas de faire diff\u00e9remment ? Seule Mme Clotteaux est en mesure d’expliquer cela.<\/p>\n

N\u00e9anmoins, le Maire a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu par 21 voix contre 8 ce qui prouve bien que la droiture et la loyaut\u00e9 sont toujours tr\u00e8s majoritairement partag\u00e9es au sein des 22 conseillers municipaux de la majorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Mais, comme \u00e0 Linas la vie politique n’est pas un long fleuve tranquille, M. Lardi\u00e8re \u00e9chafaude une histoire accusant une employ\u00e9e municipale d’avoir tent\u00e9 de d\u00e9masquer le vote dissident dans l’\u00e9quipe du maire et accuse \u00e9galement le premier magistrat de complicit\u00e9. Avec l’aide de son avocat qui se trouve \u00eatre aussi celui d’un promoteur immobilier en guerre contre le Maire, une plainte est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e pour violation du secret du vote.<\/p>\n

Une enqu\u00eate judiciaire est diligent\u00e9e par le procureur d’Evry sur la base des analyses “\u00e0 charges”\u00a0de l’avocat. Les t\u00e9moins sont choisis en toute ind\u00e9pendance, c’est-\u00e0-dire d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par M. Lardi\u00e8re. Ce casting de choix ne m\u00e8ne pourtant \u00e0 rien, sinon \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler que la voix manquante est celle de Mme Clotteaux. Cela n\u2019emp\u00eache pas de pousser la proc\u00e9dure au bout du bout:
\n– L’agente de la mairie est renvoy\u00e9e devant le tribunal correctionnel pour “violation du secret du vote” ;
\n– Le maire qui, aux yeux de certains est responsable de tous les maux y compris des Dix Plaies d’Egypte, est accus\u00e9 de complicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un premier report, l’affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e ce mardi 27 juin, l’agent et le maire sont innocent\u00e9s …. et les Linois ont d\u00e9pens\u00e9 en frais d’avocats \u00e9quivalent de 3 tableaux num\u00e9riques pour les classes de notre \u00e9cole (merci Monsieur Lardi\u00e8re)<\/p>\n

Un rapport d’expert r\u00e9v\u00e8le une escroquerie\u00a0\u00e0 la preuve.<\/h3>\n

Le maire est accus\u00e9, par un employ\u00e9 licenci\u00e9 d’une association dont il \u00e9tait le directeur, d’une multitude de griefs, dont du harc\u00e8lement moral et sexuel. Pour se justifier, l’employ\u00e9 a produit 200 pages d’\u00e9changes de pr\u00e9tendus SMS cens\u00e9s prouver le harc\u00e8lement et le viol dont il se pr\u00e9tend victime. On se rappelle que les “sex SMS” ont fait les d\u00e9lices de la presse et de l\u2019opposition qui, 3 jours avant les \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives du 11 juin, les ont exploit\u00e9s pour an\u00e9antir toute chance pour le maire de Linas d’\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent au second tour.<\/p>\n

Mais un retournement de situation va remettre les choses \u00e0 leur juste place :
\nAlors que l’affaire est appel\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre jug\u00e9e le mercredi 28 juin, le mardi 27 juin, un rapport d’expert, sign\u00e9 de la main d’un gendarme sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en cybercriminalit\u00e9, vient an\u00e9antir l’accusation pourtant si bien huil\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

L’expertise r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les SMS accusateurs sont de faux-SMS et que l’huissier qui en a dress\u00e9 le constat a probablement\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 purement et simplement tromp\u00e9 par l’employ\u00e9<\/span> qui esp\u00e8re tirer un maximum de profit de son licenciement.
\nCette annonce fait son petit effet ; l’employ\u00e9 demande que l’audience du lendemain se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 huis clos et la presse en perd la voix.
\nL’audience a donc eu lieu ce mercredi 28, comme pr\u00e9vu mais \u00e0 huis clos. Ne comptez pas sur moi pour rendre public ce que la justice a accept\u00e9 de rendre secret car il n’est pas impossible que cela vous donne la naus\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Nous aurons la d\u00e9cision le 28 septembre. En attendant dites-vous que la France est un beau pays et que Linas serait une belle commune si la politique y retrouvait un jour sa dignit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
