Il y a\u00a0peut \u00eatre\u00a0moins de nuisances quelque part, mais o\u00f9 ? A Longjumeau, \u00e0 Villebon, \u00e0 Limours\u00a0?\u00a0Voila une affaire qui consistait au d\u00e9part\u00a0\u00e0 envoyer sur les communes du sud du d\u00e9partement les nuisances de notre\u00a0couloir a\u00e9rien (m\u00e9thode d\u00e9loyale\u00a0contre laquelle je m&#8217;\u00e9tais exprim\u00e9).\u00a0Finalement, tout le monde s\u2019est fait avoir. Le sud r\u00e9cup\u00e8re\u00a0plus de nuisances et nous en gardons autant. La DGAC, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, peut augmenter le trafic. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les camions sur la RN20&#8230;<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je\u00a0pensais avoir fait le plus difficile en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2009 lorsque, \u00e0 ma demande, la Police Nationale du Commissariat d\u2019Arpajon effectuait un premier contr\u00f4le sur les poids lourds circulant sur la RN20. L\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental interdisant leur circulation entre Massy et Linas venait enfin d\u2019entrer en application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourtant, aujourd\u2019hui, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un an et<\/strong>\u00a0demi apr\u00e8s<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0force est de constater que les camions circulent toujours autant sur la RN20, de plus en plus de nuit d\u2019ailleurs, et cela sans \u00eatre inqui\u00e9t\u00e9s le moins du monde.\u00a0<strong>3 000 camions au quotidien pour \u00eatre plus pr\u00e9cis !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>S&#8217;unir pour se d\u00e9fendre et vivre sans ces nuisances :<\/h3>\n<p>Les\u00a0services de l&#8217;Etat nous informent qu\u2019ils ne sont pas en mesure d\u2019effectuer des contr\u00f4les sur Linas et Montlh\u00e9ry. Pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, ces contr\u00f4les ne peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s qu\u2019\u00e0 partir de La Ville du Bois. Soit. Il nous est \u00e9galement r\u00e9pondu qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas tant de camions que cela qui empruntent la RN20 et que ceux-ci sont principalement \u00e9trangers. Et l\u00e0, je m\u2019insurge\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En haut les avions, en bas les camions, notre environnement se d\u00e9grade, c&#8217;est un fait ! On se moque de nous, c&#8217;est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&#8217;est pas exclusif \u00e0 Linas. Toutes les communes de l&#8217;Essonne sont\u00a0dans le m\u00eame cas. Les \u00e9lites parisiennes nous\u00a0sacrifient au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de Paris et du centre de l&#8217;Ile de France. Personne ne nous d\u00e9fend, bien au contraire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alors que se discute actuellement le projet du grand Paris, nos communes et leurs habitants\u00a0doivent \u00eatre unis et solidaires. Je viens de proposer aux Maires et aux \u00e9lus\u00a0de la grande couronnes de s&#8217;unir pour mieux faire entendre notre voix face aux technocrates des villes.
