C’est ce qui s’appelle en termes journalistiques un rebondissement ou une affaire dans l’affaire\u00a0:<\/p>\n

Pour votre compl\u00e8te information, j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de\u00a0revenir sur\u00a0l’article que j’avais publier le 8 d\u00e9cembre dernier au sujet de mon proc\u00e8s en appel qui s’est tenu \u00e0 Paris (bar associatif).\u00a0https:\/\/francois-pelletant.fr\/blog\/appel-au-calme\/<\/a><\/p>\n

L’article avait disparu de la page de mon blog, mais comme il y a des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nouveaux je trouve plus logique et transparent de\u00a0republier un post. En effet vous pourrez constater que j’ai\u00a0rajouter dans les commentaires le texte d’une d\u00e9claration de Monsieur Hertz, \u00e9lu municipal, faite lors de la s\u00e9ance du Conseil Municipal de Linas du 18 d\u00e9cembre dernier.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9claration r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un commentaire qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 suite \u00e0 mon article. Elle a aussi la particularit\u00e9 de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler publiquement qu’il y avait bien un lien entre la polici\u00e8re responsable d\u2019enqu\u00eate qui a instruit le dossier contre moi et cet \u00e9lu de Linas doublement concern\u00e9, d’une part parce qu’il est \u00e9lu dans la municipalit\u00e9 que je dirige et d’autre part parce qu’il \u00e9tait tr\u00e9sorier d’une des associations\u00a0pour lesquelles j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en cause.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nous attendons le jugement en appel lundi ; je pr\u00e9cise (contrairement \u00e0 ce qui est dit) qu’\u00e0 aucun moment je n’ai mis en cause ni l\u2019enqu\u00eate, ni l’enqu\u00eatrice devant la justice. Je n’ai jamais mentionn\u00e9 cette relation ni d’autres graves anomalies de l\u2019enqu\u00eate car j’ai voulu jusqu’\u00e0 maintenant me d\u00e9fendre uniquement sur le fond des accusations et d\u00e9monter un \u00e0 un les 11 chefs d’inculpation que l’on me reproche.<\/p>\n
