Le tribunal d’appel de Paris vient de me condamner \u00e0 3 ans d\u2019in\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 dans l’affaire du “bar culturel et de la vente de bois de la commune de Linas \u00e0 une association dont j’\u00e9tais le Pr\u00e9sident”.<\/span><\/h5>\n
\n

Afin de rassurer mes amis et mes administr\u00e9s sur ma probit\u00e9 jamais mise en cause j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de\u00a0rendre public\u00a0ce reportage vid\u00e9o <\/strong>constitu\u00e9 de nombreux t\u00e9moignages (confirm\u00e9s par \u00e9crit) et de preuves qui attestent que cette affaire est un simulacre\u00a0de justice, que les griefs dont on m’a accus\u00e9 et pour lesquels j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 sont de pures\u00a0inventions.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Ces graves d\u00e9voiements\u00a0de la justice peuvent\u00a0\u00eatre utilis\u00e9s\u00a0contre n’importe qui. Il ne faut que d’autres justiciables puissent en \u00eatre victimes.<\/p>\n

En ce qui me concerne\u00a0la d\u00e9cision de la cour d’appel\u00a0est d’une extr\u00eame s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0Je suis condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 de l’in\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 dans le cadre d’une activit\u00e9 associative alors que tous s’accordent pour dire que cette activit\u00e9 m’a plut\u00f4t co\u00fbt\u00e9\u00a0que rapport\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00a0Face \u00e0 cela,\u00a0\u00a0je rappelle que\u00a0Jean-Paul Huchon,\u00a0\u00a0ancien pr\u00e9sident PS de la R\u00e9gion \u00cele-de-France, condamn\u00e9\u00a0pour\u00a0avoir financ\u00e9 sa campagne \u00e9lectorale avec les deniers publics,\u00a0 avait \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 l’in\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 devant la m\u00eame cour.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jusqu’\u00e0 aujourd’hui, confiant dans les institutions,\u00a0 j’ai laiss\u00e9 le travail judiciaire se faire sans jamais faire valoir les\u00a0tripatouillages, copinages\u00a0et magouillages\u00a0qui ont\u00a0\u00e9tay\u00e9\u00a0cette fausse affaire pour me mettre \u00e0 mort.<\/h5>\n
