Cela engendre des accidents, tel celui du 17 novembre 2003 qui a mis en cause 3 camions et un v\u00e9hicule particulier<\/strong><\/tt><tt>.<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>Il a une explication simple\u00a0: le co\u00fbt financier.<\/tt><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><tt>En effet, l\u2019encombrement de la RN20 par les poids-lourds est largement d\u00fb \u00e0 la tarification pratiqu\u00e9e sur l\u2019autoroute A 10. Pour faire des \u00e9conomies, beaucoup de camions qui roulent en direction de la capitale pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent sortir \u00e0 Allainville (Yvelines), juste avant le p\u00e9age de St Arnoult, soit 12 kilom\u00e8tres en amont. Ils empruntent la RN 191 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Etampes et se retrouvent ensuite sur la RN 20.<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>Ce d\u00e9tour volontaire effectu\u00e9 par les routiers est financi\u00e8rement tr\u00e8s avantageux : par exemple,\u00a0<strong>le chauffeur d\u2019un poids lourd parti d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans doit d\u00e9bourser 15,60 euros \u00e0 Allainville contre 27,90 euros \u00e0 la grande barri\u00e8re de p\u00e9age du sud de l\u2019Ile de France, soit pr\u00e8s du double de prix<\/strong>\u00a0!<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>\u00a0<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>Face \u00e0 ce constat alarmant,\u00a0je\u00a0demande inlassablement depuis 1999 (courriers du 11 juin 1999, du 13 mars 2000) aux services de la Pr\u00e9fecture d\u2019\u00e9tudier avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Cofiroute la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire le tarif sur la portion Allainville-St Arnoult.<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>\u00a0<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>A ce jour, aucune solution n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes.<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>\u00a0<\/tt><\/p>\n<p><tt>C\u2019est pourquoi, devant ce mutisme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, j'une nouvelle croisade aupr\u00e8s du nouveau Ministre de l\u2019Equipement et des Transports afin de faire modifier les tarifs pratiqu\u00e9s par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 concessionnaire de l\u2019autoroute A 10, Cofiroute.
