\"DSC_9328\"<\/a>Je vous l\u2019annon\u00e7ais fin octobre dans cet \u00e9dito et c\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : la construction de la nouvelle \u00e9cole sur le site de l\u2019ancien stade de football rue de Carcassonne est lanc\u00e9e. Depuis le 8 janvier, les premiers coups de pelle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9s pour faire sortir de terre, d\u2019ici la rentr\u00e9e prochaine, une \u00e9cole modulaire de 5 classes flambant neuves. La d\u00e9cision de construire une nouvelle \u00e9cole est un vrai casse-t\u00eate, suivi d\u2019un compromis pour concillier tous les imp\u00e9ratifs. Comme ailleurs, nous ne savons pas avec pr\u00e9cision, d\u2019une ann\u00e9e sur l\u2019autre, combien d\u2019enfants fr\u00e9quenteront nos \u00e9coles. Gr\u00e2ce aux projections, nous en avons bien s\u00fbr une id\u00e9e, mais il y a toujours des familles qui partent sans pr\u00e9venir, des arriv\u00e9es inattendues, des r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrages de population entre quartiers… Ce qui provoque des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque rentr\u00e9e, que nos \u00e9quipes scolaires et la direction de l\u2019\u00e9cole sont rompues \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre, mais les probl\u00e8mes existent toujours bel et bien, il ne faut pas les sousestimer. Nous le savons tous, il n\u2019est pas possible de construire des \u00e9coles \u00e0 l\u2019avance, \u00e0 tout hasard, par pr\u00e9caution. Les villes n\u2019en ont pas les moyens. La pyramide d\u2019\u00e2ge de la population n\u2019\u00e9tant pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, il n\u2019y a pas syst\u00e9matiquement le m\u00eame nombre d\u2019enfants dans chaque tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge annuelle, ce serait trop facile ! On ne peut donc pas construire des classes qui risqueraient d\u2019\u00eatre inutilis\u00e9es dans quelques ann\u00e9es. Et une fois la d\u00e9cision de construire cette \u00e9cole, encore faut-il convaincre les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes, ce qui n\u2019est pas le plus \u00e9vident… Il nous a fallu reprendre nos arguments, les r\u00e9p\u00e9ter inlassablement, obtenir les cr\u00e9dits (1,2 million d\u2019euros), \u00e0 la fois pour la construction, l\u2019\u00e9quipement et les nouveaux postes \u00e0 pourvoir. Mais faisons abstraction de ces difficult\u00e9s, apr\u00e8s tout ce sont nos responsabilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9lus et nous les assumons, mais tout cela exige \u00e9videmment des d\u00e9lais qui paraissent excessifs et que chacun d\u2019entre nous a parfois bien du mal \u00e0 comprendre. Bien entendu, nous allons suivre de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s l\u2019avancement de ce projet qui se concr\u00e9tisera r\u00e9ellement d\u00e8s septembre prochain avec la premi\u00e8re rentr\u00e9e d\u2019enfants de maternelle et de primaire dans notre nouvelle \u00e9cole.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
