Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise au m\u00e9pris du reste de la r\u00e9gion Ile-de-France et notamment des Essonniens et des Linois, sur un des axes qui pollue le moins \u00e0 Paris. Cette mesure visant uniquement \u00e0 satisfaire un petit groupe de r\u00e9sidents. Heureusement, la justice a fait son travail et l\u2019annulation de la fermeture des voies sur berge, attaqu\u00e9e par de nombreuses collectivit\u00e9s locales et l\u2019association des Maires Franciliens que je pr\u00e9side, a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e au Tribunal Administratif le 21 f\u00e9vrier 2018. Cependant, la Mairie de Paris a aussit\u00f4t d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire appel de cette d\u00e9cision et a pris un nouvel arr\u00eat\u00e9 de fermeture des voies sur berge pour contourner la d\u00e9cision du Tribunal. Dans son arr\u00eat\u00e9 municipal du 18 octobre 2016, annul\u00e9 par le juge administratif le 21 f\u00e9vrier 2018, la mairie de Paris avait motiv\u00e9 sa d\u00e9cision de fermeture des voies sur berge par des consid\u00e9rations environnementales ; or il s\u2019av\u00e8re que cet argument \u00e9tait bien mensonger et a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9menti depuis par de nombreuses \u00e9tudes que n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 de faire valoir l\u2019association des Maires Franciliens devant la justice. L\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 de la ville parisienne entr\u00e9 en vigueur \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2016 \u00e9tait ill\u00e9gal et l\u2019interdiction subie par bon nombre d\u2019automobilistes depuis cette date \u00e9tait ill\u00e9gitime. Mais bien plus que cela, ce revirement d\u00e9savoue la mairie de Paris dans sa strat\u00e9gie du mensonge et du bluff pour imposer ses visions dogmatiques sur la mobilit\u00e9 au reste du pays.
