Cette politique a port\u00e9 ses fruits. Linas vient de pr\u00e9senter un compte administratif excellent et a vot\u00e9 un budget 2018 \u201c\u00e0 l\u2019aise\u201d (9,6 millions d\u2019euros en fonctionnement et 13,2 millions d\u2019euros en investissement). Pour autant, j\u2019ai l\u2019intention de garder la situation sous surveillance et de ne pas ouvrir les robinets trop vite. En effet, nous ne sommes pas \u00e0 l\u2019abri d\u2019un al\u00e9a et je souhaite s\u00e9curiser la situation. Notre gestion de la commune a fait ses preuves. Notre objectif est de toujours am\u00e9liorer la ville sans augmenter vos imp\u00f4ts et nous avons toujours r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 maintenir ce cap depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Nous l\u00e2cherons un peu de lest sur les d\u00e9corations de No\u00ebl \u00e0 partir de cet hiver car je sais que beaucoup d\u2019entre vous y sont attach\u00e9s. Pour le reste nous gardons pour objectif le programme que vous avez approuv\u00e9 en 2014 et les projets urgents \u00e0 livrer. Parmi ceux-ci, finir l\u2019\u00e9cole pour la rentr\u00e9e de septembre est un imp\u00e9ratif. Ce n\u2019est pas si \u00e9vident car certains individus font tout pour entraver ce projet comme toutes les r\u00e9alisations dont la commune peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier en ce moment. Lors de la derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance du conseil municipal, on a m\u00eame vu quelques irresponsables utiliser leur droit de vote afin de rejeter le compte administratif et le budget d\u2019investissement. S\u2019ils \u00e9taient parvenus \u00e0 leurs fins, cela aurait bloqu\u00e9 certaines d\u00e9penses pendant plusieurs mois. O\u00f9 est l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la population et des enfants qui doivent \u00eatre scolaris\u00e9s en septembre ? Il n\u2019y a pas un Linois sens\u00e9 pour approuver ces man\u0153uvres pitoyables ; malgr\u00e9 cela les haineux, les profiteurs ou les ambitieux du Conseil Municipal de Linas persistent dans leur strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9stabilisation et se cassent les dents \u00e0 chaque fois sur le roc de la d\u00e9termination du maire et la droiture de ses proches \u00e9quipiers. Soyez rassur\u00e9s, les \u00e9lus responsables et loyaux sont majoritaires \u00e0 Linas et les votes sont rest\u00e9s, et resteront favorables et coh\u00e9rents malgr\u00e9 les demandes de scrutin secret qui permettent \u00e0 certains de se dissimuler derri\u00e8re le vote anonyme. Les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 les chausse-trappes, qu\u2019il \u00e9tait bien difficile de d\u00e9stabiliser la municipalit\u00e9 pour prendre les commandes de la commune, faire main basse sur sa bonne gestion et assombrir la qui\u00e9tude des Linois ; la force de notre commune est de rester soud\u00e9e dans la confiance et pour l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
