Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi l\u2019occasion de leur pr\u00e9senter notre commune en rappelant la riche histoire qui est la n\u00f4tre en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9volution des techniques m\u00e9caniques et automobiles. Fort de son pass\u00e9 glorieux, Linas est le centre du monde encore aujourd\u2019hui en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019automobile. Le site de l\u2019Autodrome va accueillir l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine une plateforme technique d\u2019environ 20 ha compos\u00e9e de 12km de pistes d\u2019essais associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des laboratoires modernes pour l\u2019homologation des v\u00e9hicules autonomes et \u00e9lectriques de demain. Il n\u2019y en a que 5 dans le monde. La mairie a travaill\u00e9 avec les \u00e9quipes de l\u2019UTAC, propri\u00e9taire du site, afin de faire concilier le projet avec les r\u00e9glementations urbanistiques. Nous avons \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9 le PLU pour d\u00e9velopper le projet en tenant compte du cahier des charges inh\u00e9rent au projet. Cet investissement se chiffre \u00e0 plus de 20 millions d\u2019euros. Comme vous avez pu le voir sur les cha\u00eenes de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, le Premier Ministre a tenu \u00e0 saluer le travail accompli ces derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9volution des performances de l\u2019automobile vers moins de pollutions de toutes sortes. Il est vrai que nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cela ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par la construction d\u2019\u00e9quipements essentiels comme le crash test, une salle de mesure des rayonnements \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques ou un banc moteur tr\u00e8s pointu pour les agr\u00e9ments pollution. Personne n\u2019\u00e9tait dupe du fait que la visite du Premier Ministre accompagn\u00e9 du Ministre de l\u2019Ecologie avait aussi pour but de transmettre un message positif \u00e0 la veille de la grande manifestation nationale des \u201cgilets jaunes\u201d. Il a exprim\u00e9 son souhait de ne pas voir le pays bloqu\u00e9 et immobilis\u00e9 ; on peut constater que, dans leur grande majorit\u00e9, les manifestations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9es et respectueuses. Pour ce qui nous concerne \u00e0 Linas, m\u00eame si nous avons r\u00e9serv\u00e9 un accueil r\u00e9publicain et chaleureux au Premier Ministre et au Ministre de l\u2019Ecologie, nous sommes parfaitement conscients du ras-le-bol exprim\u00e9 par la population. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 aux avant-postes en mati\u00e8re de mobilisation notamment contre ce \u201cparisianisme\u201d \u00e9go\u00efste qui favorise le \u201cbobo\u00efsme\u201d parisien et ignore les difficult\u00e9s du reste des Fran\u00e7ais.
