\"UNE\"<\/a>Depuis la disparition du Docteur Brault, vous \u00eates nombreux \u00e0 rencontrer des difficult\u00e9s pour vous faire soigner. Le docteur Chiquet a d\u00e9j\u00e0 une client\u00e8le importante et les autres m\u00e9decins des communes voisines sont surcharg\u00e9s ; certains n\u2019acceptent plus de nouveaux patients. Linas est donc confront\u00e9e \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il est courant d\u2019appeler la d\u00e9sertification m\u00e9dicale, toutefois ce que l\u2019on peut comprendre dans des zones rurales n\u2019est pas acceptable pour une ville de 7 000 habitants comme la n\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est pourquoi, la municipalit\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proposer un logement avec un an de loyer gratuit \u00e0 tout m\u00e9decin qui d\u00e9ciderait de s\u2019installer chez nous. Monsieur Macel, adjoint charg\u00e9 des relations avec le monde \u00e9conomique, est entr\u00e9 en relation avec l\u2019Ordre des M\u00e9decins afin de trouver une solution mais celle-ci semble difficile \u00e0 \u00e9merger, nous allons donc publier des petites annonces afin de faire connaitre notre proposition. Nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 maintenir \u00e0 Linas un tissu de commerces et de professions lib\u00e9rales. Derni\u00e8rement, c\u2019est le supermarch\u00e9 de la place qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 relanc\u00e9 et un nouveau boulanger est venu reprendre la boulangerie de la rue de la Division Leclerc ; la brasserie pr\u00e9vue dans le c\u0153ur de ville n\u2019a jamais ouvert, la fleuriste est partie, le restaurant \u00ab Le Marcelino \u00bb anciennement \u00ab la C\u00f4te Milanaise \u00bb est en attente de repreneur. Certes la crise que nous traversons peut \u00eatre point\u00e9e du doigt mais n\u2019oublions pas \u00e9galement certaines initiatives destructrices bloquant les programmes de constructions dont le but initial \u00e9tait de repeupler le centre-ville de Linas. Lorsqu\u2019une association oppos\u00e9e \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 attaque un projet immobilier sans raison valable, la premi\u00e8re victime n\u2019est pas la mairie mais la vie locale et tous ceux qui en vivent comme les commer\u00e7ants. De m\u00eame, lorsque des administrations imposent des fouilles arch\u00e9ologiques et autres mesures dilatoires \u00e0 nos programmes de constructions, elles font in\u00e9vitablement des victimes collat\u00e9rales en pr\u00e9cipitant des commer\u00e7ants et des artisans dans les difficult\u00e9s, sans compter les entreprises de travaux qui ont besoin de ces chantiers pour maintenir leurs emplois. La municipalit\u00e9 lutte pour enrayer ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, parfois en prenant des risques juridiques car nous n\u2019avons pas le droit de trop interf\u00e9rer dans le secteur \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
