Bien s\u00fbr, nous n\u2019avons pas \u00e9t\u00e9 insensibles face aux mauvaises nouvelles qui se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9es : le d\u00e9part en retraite de notre premi\u00e8re adjointe en janvier, le d\u00e9c\u00e8s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 du second adjoint charg\u00e9 des finances en avril et les agressions politicojudiciaires auxquelles nous avons d\u00fb faire face ; mais il en faut plus pour nous mettre hors d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019accomplir notre mission \u00e0 votre service, et pour m\u2019emp\u00eacher de dire ce que je pense, de d\u00e9noncer les puissants et leurs intrigues anti-populaires. Linas est debout, avec quelques cicatrices, mais toujours plus solide que d\u2019autres. Comme un rocher au milieu de la temp\u00eate, l\u2019\u00e9quipe municipale se concentre sur son travail dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Linois. Il faut remercier les \u00e9lus majoritaires, les fonctionnaires de Mairie, les associations ainsi que tous nos partenaires qui font preuve d\u2019une \u00e9mouvante solidarit\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019acharnement dont nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 la cible. Dans quelques jours, je vous pr\u00e9senterai la nouvelle \u00e9quipe recompos\u00e9e des adjoints et conseillers d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ; il n\u2019y aura pas de bouleversements, nous conserverons la structure de l\u2019organisation actuelle car plusieurs dossiers sont engag\u00e9s et je ne souhaite pas prendre le risque de les retarder. Le d\u00e9ploiement de la fibre optique sera termin\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2017, la d\u00e9molition des b\u00e2tisses insalubres du centre ville va se r\u00e9aliser enfin, le terrain synth\u00e9tiques et la nouvelle \u00e9cole sont en phase d\u2019attribution du march\u00e9, le PLU sera arr\u00eat\u00e9 en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9tude pour la mise en place de la vid\u00e9o-protection de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est engag\u00e9e, les promoteurs et les projets d\u2019urbanisation sont sous contr\u00f4le… Plus tard, nous pourrons dire que nous en avons v\u00e9cu des catastrophes, des drames, des s\u00e9ismes ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, mais une chose est s\u00fbre nous en sommes sortis renforc\u00e9s. Qu\u2019on se le dise ; les Linois continuent l\u2019essor de leur ville ; merci \u00e0 vous tous pour le soutien que vous nous avez manifest\u00e9 en refusant d\u2019accorder le moindre cr\u00e9dit aux rumeurs, attaques et m\u00e9disances de ceux qui ne souhaitent que la ruine de Linas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
