Dans le cadre de mes fonctions de Vice-Pr\u00e9sident charg\u00e9 du num\u00e9rique, j\u2019ai fait un point avec les \u00e9quipes de TUTOR et leur soustraitant il y a quelques jours afin de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devrions ouvrir la fibre mi-2017, j\u2019esp\u00e8re avant les vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Avant d\u2019installer chez vous la prise fibre optique qui va vous permettre d\u2019avoir un Internet 20 fois plus rapide que ce que vous avez aujourd\u2019hui avec l\u2019ADSL, nous devons fibrer la totalit\u00e9 du territoire des communes et installer un central appel\u00e9 point de mutualisation. Voici donc o\u00f9 nous en sommes de l\u2019avancement de la fibre. Etant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que le passage des c\u00e2bles en a\u00e9rien est actuellement en discussion car nous voulons limiter au maximum, le nombre d\u2019implantations de nouveaux poteaux. A Linas, 39 000 m de fibre sous-terraine sont \u00e0 poser, nous en avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 33 000. En revanche, il reste 23 000 m de fibre \u00e0 installer en a\u00e9rien sur les poteaux. L\u00e0 aussi, nous envisageons de poser 80 poteaux, mais nous pourrions en r\u00e9duire le nombre en accrochant la fibre en fa\u00e7ade de certaines maisons implant\u00e9es en bordure de rue. Le point de mutualisation est quasi termin\u00e9 , il reste quelques soudures de connexions de fibre \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, soit \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 900 fibres. Comme vous le voyez, le d\u00e9ploiement de la fibre optique progresse convenablement, mais nous ne sommes jamais \u00e0 l\u2019abri d\u2019une d\u00e9convenue qui provoque des retards sur le planning initialement pr\u00e9vu. A la suite du travail technique r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour installer la fibre un peu partout, il est n\u00e9cessaire que l\u2019ensemble de ces travaux soient r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s sur le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information g\u00e9ographique qui permet ensuite aux op\u00e9rateurs de pouvoir vous proposer des abonnements. Cette int\u00e9gration n\u2019est pas encore acquise fermement aux dates pr\u00e9vues. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle j\u2019ai demand\u00e9 que l\u2019on organise une r\u00e9union avec le service charg\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9gration, ce qui permettra de pr\u00e9voir un r\u00e9tro-planning et de confirmer plus s\u00fbrement l\u2019ouverture des fibres sur les diff\u00e9rentes communes. Par ailleurs, pour les personnes qui habitent dans des immeubles ou lotissements collectifs, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les endroits o\u00f9 il y a des espaces communs non publics, il est important que d\u00e8s maintenant, des conventions soient sign\u00e9es afin de permettre le jour J d\u2019amener la fibre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 chaque abonn\u00e9. Ce sont des conventions d\u2019immeubles que nous proposons aux syndics, mono propri\u00e9taires, bailleurs, et autres repr\u00e9sentants des parties communes de toutes sortes. Ce point est tr\u00e8s important car si la convention n\u2019est pas sign\u00e9e, vous ne pourrez pas avoir la fibre.
