Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de relancer notre combat contre la politique men\u00e9e par la municipalit\u00e9 de Paris qui vise \u00e0 exclure de la capitale les \u201cextra-muros\u201d et leurs automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, depuis octobre dernier, 50 000 usagers par jour sont les victimes de la fermeture de la voie sur berges parisiennes, sans compter les centaines de milliers d\u2019autres franciliens ou entreprises impact\u00e9s. En faisant le bilan sur les premiers mois d\u2019interdiction depuis la fin de Parisplage cela repr\u00e9sente des dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es de temps de travail \/ homme, bloqu\u00e9s dans de nouveaux bouchons et immerg\u00e9s dans des gaz d\u2019\u00e9chappement qui n\u2019existaient pas auparavant. La fermeture des quais de Seine n\u2019a pas r\u00e9duit la pollution, bien au contraire, le trafic routier sur les axes parall\u00e8les a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9 de 135 % ! Je veux poursuivre le combat engag\u00e9 en septembre dernier et d\u00e9noncer la strat\u00e9gie de la Maire de Paris pour imposer ainsi la fermeture de la voie sur berges au m\u00e9pris des avis n\u00e9gatifs exprim\u00e9s par beaucoup d\u2019usagers ainsi que les conclusions n\u00e9gatives de l\u2019enqu\u00eate publique pourtant limit\u00e9e aux seuls riverains concern\u00e9s. L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier, j\u2019avais voulu instaur\u00e9 \u00e0 Linas une interdiction de circuler sur la RN20 pour les automobiles des Parisiens qui partaient en vacances. Cette mesure avait pour but de montrer l\u2019absurdit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9go\u00efsme des r\u00e9glementations parisiennes. Mon combat a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9dibilis\u00e9 il y a peu par la parution de plusieurs \u00e9tudes montrant que la lutte contre la pollution n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019un pr\u00e9texte et que la fermetures des quais de Seine a eu un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air.
