\"photo<\/a>Un an \u00e0 peine apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation de 5 classes maternelles dans la rue de Carcassonne, Linas s\u2019appr\u00eate d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 accueillir de nouveaux \u00e9quipements scolaires juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit de la construction de la 2\u00e8me phase de cette nouvelle \u00e9cole avec l\u2019installation de 9 classes pour les enfants scolaris\u00e9s en \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire, du CP au CM2. Pour mener \u00e0 bien ce projet, nous avons lanc\u00e9 une mission d\u2019\u00e9tude de programmation, d\u2019assistance au lancement d\u2019un concours d\u2019architecture, et de r\u00e9daction des dossiers de demandes de subvention. Les travaux devront \u00eatre lanc\u00e9s d\u00e8s les accords de financement, j\u2019esp\u00e8re mi-2020, pour une livraison attendue \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e scolaire de septembre 2021. Comme pour la premi\u00e8re tranche qui a vu la r\u00e9alisation des classes maternelles, des r\u00e9unions de concertation (enseignants, parents, services, \u00e9lus\u2026) s\u2019inscriront bien entendu dans l\u2019\u00e9tape de l\u2019\u00e9tude de programmation. Vous le savez, dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, Linas est amen\u00e9e \u00e0 conna\u00eetre une progression d\u00e9mographique. Face \u00e0 ce constat, avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe municipale nous avons analys\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation attendue du nombre d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves sur les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Toutes les hypoth\u00e8ses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, y compris l\u2019agrandissement d\u2019\u00e9tablissements existants. Mais pour que les enfants \u00e9voluent dans un environnement plus serein et au sein de structures \u00e0 taille humaine, l\u2019\u00e9quipe municipale a fait le choix en 2017 de cr\u00e9er un second p\u00f4le \u00e9ducatif, c\u2019est le site de Carcassonne. Implant\u00e9 pr\u00e8s des infrastructures sportives de la ville, cet ensemble scolaire accueille d\u00e9j\u00e0 des classes de maternelles. L\u2019organisation des parents qui auront un enfant en classe maternelle et un autre en \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire sera facilit\u00e9e par la coexistence de plusieurs niveaux dans la m\u00eame enceinte. Bien plus qu\u2019un \u00e9tablissement scolaire, cet espace de vie sera pens\u00e9 comme un v\u00e9ritable lieu d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de bien\u00eatre pour les enfants, leurs familles et le personnel. D\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, nous travaillons sur l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante. Plut\u00f4t que de densifier cette seconde \u00e9cole apr\u00e8s sa construction, nous avons fait le choix de proposer un troisi\u00e8me site pour une troisi\u00e8me \u00e9cole en 2026.
