Le faire en visant la vie priv\u00e9e, l\u2019intimit\u00e9 et la famille des \u00e9lus est ignoble. Cela, aucun amoureux de la d\u00e9mocratie et des libert\u00e9s r\u00e9publicaines ne peut d\u00e9cemment l\u2019accepter. Je pense que vous avez compris ce que je veux dire, vous les Linois qui assistez, constern\u00e9s, \u00e0 toutes ces tentatives de d\u00e9stabilisation, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui infructueuses. Votre soutien ne nous a jamais fait d\u00e9faut et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre r\u00e9sistance collective, nous avons d\u00e9jou\u00e9 toutes les rancoeurs et les cabales. Qu\u2019on se le dise, les Linois sont un peuple uni, irr\u00e9ductible. Rien ni personne ne les emp\u00eachera de construire l\u2019avenir de leur commune comme ils le souhaitent et avec qui ils l\u2019ont choisi.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qu\u2019illustre la mise en place des cam\u00e9ras de s\u00e9curisation de la commune que nous venons de r\u00e9aliser. Ce projet a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une longue maturation. Rappelez-vous au d\u00e9part, nous souhaitions \u00eatre convaincus de leur efficacit\u00e9 et surtout \u00eatre assur\u00e9s qu\u2019elles ne viendraient pas impacter la libert\u00e9 individuelle des habitants. Une fois \u00e9labor\u00e9 en tenant compte de ces imp\u00e9ratifs, le projet a connu les quelques entraves habituelles. Mais force reste aux Linois et \u00e0 leur municipalit\u00e9, la vid\u00e9oprotection est d\u00e9sormais en place. La Pr\u00e9fecture de l\u2019Essonne a donn\u00e9 son accord pour l\u2019installation de 32 cam\u00e9ras sur 8 sites strat\u00e9giques de la commune. La population est inform\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9sence des cam\u00e9ras gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des panneaux \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e des sites concern\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement aux entr\u00e9es de ville. En effet, la loi encadre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019utilisation des dispositifs de vid\u00e9oprotection. Ainsi, ces derniers ne peuvent \u00eatre employ\u00e9s que dans l\u2019objectif de pr\u00e9venir une atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des biens et des personnes. La vie priv\u00e9e des personnes est garantie par des mesures telles que l\u2019interdiction de visualiser l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des habitations, l\u2019information aux personnes film\u00e9es par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de panneaux. De plus les bandes vid\u00e9o ne sont conserv\u00e9es que 14 jours.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re tranche d\u2019un dispositif plus large. Le retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience que nous en tirerons dans quelques mois va nous permettre, sous la supervision de notre Police Municipale restructur\u00e9e, de planifier, avant la fin de<br \/>\nl\u2019ann\u00e9e, des tranches compl\u00e9mentaires qui seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es d\u00e8s 2019 et au cours des ann\u00e9es suivantes.
