\"echangeur\"<\/a>Nous le r\u00e9clamions depuis quatre ans, l\u2019Etat va r\u00e9aliser la r\u00e9fection et la s\u00e9curisation de l\u2019\u00e9changeur RN20 \/ Francilienne en deux
\nphases. L\u2019une en 2019 (bretelles en bleu sur la photo), l\u2019autre en 2020 si tout va bien (bretelles en rouge). C\u2019est ce qu\u2019il ressort d\u2019une
\nr\u00e9union de calage que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e \u00e0 la mairie le 10 septembre dernier. Les deux principaux avantages que nous allons y trouver sont la r\u00e9duction du bruit et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Nous pourrions y rajouter le prix puisque ces travaux vont \u00eatre totalement financ\u00e9s par l\u2019Etat (cela m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre signal\u00e9). Dans tous les cas, je n\u2019aurais jamais accept\u00e9 que la commune participe financi\u00e8rement car m\u00eame si l\u2019on peut admettre que les Linois l\u2019empruntent quotidiennement, nous ne sommes pas les principaux utilisateurs de ce \u201cnoeud\u201d routier qui draine le sud de l\u2019\u00cele-de-France. Je sais que d\u2019autres communes \u00e9taient, elles aussi, en attente de travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par l\u2019Etat et n\u2019ont pas obtenu satisfaction. Les sommes importantes qui vont \u00eatre d\u00e9pens\u00e9es \u00e0 Linas ne pourront pas l\u2019\u00eatre ailleurs. C\u2019est malheureusement la cons\u00e9quence du manque de cr\u00e9dits au plus haut niveau des administrations et l\u2019argent va sur les besoins les plus… criants ! Je tiens \u00e0 remercier les services de la Direction des routes et de la Pr\u00e9fecture ; cette bonne nouvelle d\u00e9montre que Linas est une commune respect\u00e9e et prise en compte par les pouvoirs publics. Cela n\u2019a pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas ! Je pense \u00e0 la fois o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9fecture m\u2019avait fait convoquer \u00e0 la police d\u2019Arpajon parce que nous avions pos\u00e9 des panneaux de pr\u00e9signalisation des radars aux feux. Nous avons d\u00e9fendu notre point de vue, motiv\u00e9s par des consid\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la justice n\u2019avait pas poursuivi. Les panneaux sont toujours pr\u00e9sents et ils ont peut-\u00eatre sauv\u00e9 des vies. Mais ceci est de l\u2019histoire ancienne. C\u2019\u00e9tait une \u00e9preuve n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de bonnes relations et de respect mutuel.
