On me demande si les informations publi\u00e9es au sujet de M. Hertz dans la Tribune libre de Linas sont exactes. \u00c7a tombe bien, comme maintenant j’ai moins d’activit\u00e9s, j’ai des souvenirs qui me reviennent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je confirme : M. Hertz a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 successivement de deux logements sociaux de la commune. Tout d’abord un logement social dans la r\u00e9sidence des Sablons ( entre 2012 et 2013 : 88 m\u00b2 pour 395 \u20ac\/mois). Puis en octobre 2013 une maison de ville en triplex, neuve, dans le nouveau programme du centre ville (je ne me rappelle plus du loyer mais il pourra vous l’indiquer lui m\u00eame). Cela lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 au regard de son engagement de s’impliquer dans la R\u00e9serve Communale de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Civil. Il a bien re\u00e7u les v\u00eatements de la RCSC mais personne ne l’a vu les porter et retrousser ses manches ni pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des linois, ni pour d’autre chose d\u2019ailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre autres raisons, pour justifier son changement de logement six mois apr\u00e8s son entr\u00e9e dans les lieux, il a expliqu\u00e9 dans une lettre du 19 septembre 2013 qu’il “n\u2019envisageait pas d’\u00e9lever son fils dans cette r\u00e9sidence” ou certains des Linois qui y habitent ” se permettent de fumer, cracher, et m\u00eame faire faire leur besoins \u00e0 leur animaux de compagnie dans les partie communes de l’immeuble”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9tendu que le chauffe eau ne marchait pas malgr\u00e9 plusieurs intervention. Ce qui m\u2019entonne apr\u00e8s cela c’est que nous n’avons rien vu dans son programme \u00e9lectoral au sujet de l’am\u00e9lioration des logements sociaux existant \u00e0 Linas, c’\u00e9tait pourtant le moment o\u00f9 jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De m\u00eame entre 2014 \u00e0 2019 alors qu’il \u00e9tait en responsabilit\u00e9 au sein de la municipalit\u00e9, personne ne l’a entendu proposer quoi que ce soit \u00e0 ce sujet. C’est finalement en 2018 et 2019 que nous avons travaill\u00e9 avec les bailleurs sociaux pour faire l’isolation et le ravalement de la r\u00e9sidence des Sablons et celle de la rue des Ecoles. Monsieur Hertz n’a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 rien de tout cela. A cette p\u00e9riode il s’employait a organiser ses cabales contre la municipalit\u00e9 qui l’avait log\u00e9. Aujourd’hui il habite toujours dans la maison de ville \u00e0 loyer mod\u00e9r\u00e9 en centre ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr Hertz qui se complet depuis des mois \u00e0 faire de la politique \u00e0 la porte des \u00e9coles de Linas en racontant cette semaine que:
-j’aurais d\u00e9tourn\u00e9
-ou que je suis susceptible de d\u00e9tourner
-ou que il serait pas impossible que je d\u00e9tourne….une somme de 100 000 euros dans les caisses de la commune,
devrait plut\u00f4t raconter l\u2019histoire pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente qui, elle, est vraie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
