\"\" On me demande s’il est exact que M. Lardi\u00e8re b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie des services d’un avocat, l’un des plus chers de Paris ainsi que le mentionne la Tribune Libre du Linas Actualit\u00e9s. Jugez vous-m\u00eame ; cet avocat a factur\u00e9 la somme de 6 744.99 \u20ac pour un simple d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plainte suivi d’un retrait un mois plus tard en 2012. Mais la vraie question c’est comment fait M. Lardi\u00e8re pour se payer cet avocat ? Ce n’est pas parce qu’il a perdu tous ses proc\u00e8s contre moi ou la commune qu’il n’est pas pay\u00e9 (les honoraires au r\u00e9sultat sont interdits). Rappel des faits :
– Accusation de l’exercice ill\u00e9gal de la profession d’avocat contre M. Pelletant : Proc\u00e8s perdu.- Demande de dissolution d’une association de M. Pelletant : Proc\u00e8s perdu.- Poursuites pour viol du secret du vote : Proc\u00e8s perdus \u00e0 deux reprises. (deux fois).- Proc\u00e8s pour proc\u00e9dure abusive : perdu. Et davantage encore !
Comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 dit et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9, cet avocat est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 appoint\u00e9 par un promoteur pour le compte de M. Lardi\u00e8re. Il y a quelque temps, afin de d\u00e9mentir ce scandale, j’ai invit\u00e9 M. Lardi\u00e8re \u00e0 justifier du contraire, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 incapable de produire le moindre paiement d’honoraires. Mais bien s\u00fbr \u00e0 Linas, certains approuvent cette r\u00e8gle du jeu d\u00e9mocratique. La puissance financi\u00e8re des promoteurs immobiliers ou des grands groupes est utilis\u00e9e pour faire plier les \u00e9lus locaux et les “petites gens”.
