On d\u00e9couvre des choses que l’on nous avait cach\u00e9es et que nous n\u2019imaginions pas. Le moins qu’on puisse dire, c’est que Monsieur Hertz cherche sa voix. Il est aujourd’hui fonctionnaire de police, il voudrait \u00eatre maire de Linas mais sa plus illustre exp\u00e9rience est d’avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de pizza\u00efolo qui a fait banqueroute. \u00c0 propos, c’est quoi la\u00a0formation initiale de Monsieur Hertz ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 illico presto a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Monsieur Hertz afin de racheter et d’exploiter un restaurant dans son d\u00e9partement d’origine la Moselle. Vous pourrez consulter tous les documents ici : statuts, PV d\u2019AG, courriers internes… https:\/\/we.tl\/t-2nDLLS4IW5<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais le plus croustillant, c’est que celui qui critique la saine gestion de la commune de Linas n’a pas fait la d\u00e9monstration de ses grandes qualit\u00e9s de gestionnaire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 illico presto, celle-ci ayant fait une faillite retentissante. Plusieurs jugements d\u00e9finitifs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9s, dont le dernier en novembre 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Malgr\u00e9 que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 illico presto soit une SARL \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e, la responsabilit\u00e9 personnelle et financi\u00e8re de Ludovic Hertz a \u00e9t\u00e9 activ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le reste, je laisse les beaux parleurs habituels des r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e9piloguer sur le fait que l’on peut \u00eatre fonctionnaire policier et propri\u00e9taire d\u2019une affaire commerciale. Que l’on peut subir plusieurs jugements et toujours rester fonctionnaire policier. Que les amis et coll\u00e8gues de Monsieur Hertz se sont \u00e9vertu\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9craser le maire de Linas parce qu’il avait fond\u00e9, lui, un bar culturel associatif qui ne lui a pas rapport\u00e9 un centime. Et qu’apr\u00e8s tout \u00e7a, Hertz Ludovic n\u2019ambitionne rien d’autre que de diriger la commune de Linas et son budget de pr\u00e8s de 15 millions d’euros annuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
