Que des critiques du travail fait par Pascal Waill (ancien adjoint \u00e0 l’urbanisme) et aucune proposition sauf r\u00e9viser le PLU mais pour faire quoi ???? Et bien je vais vous le dire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je me rappelle que le 2 janvier 2019, Monsieur Pascoal Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, membre en ce moment de la liste Hertz (Linas Autrement), est venu \u00e0 la mairie de Linas pour d\u00e9voiler ses intentions de construction d’immeubles de 50 logements implant\u00e9s en partie sur un terrain dont il est propri\u00e9taire dans le secteur de l’Avenue Boillot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisez bien c’est cela la politique que va mettre en oeuvre Linas autrement !!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le promoteur en cheville avec M. Pascoal est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 HLM qui regroupe 5 autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s HLM connues sous le nom de ASSIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avouez qu’il est peu banal de voir un individu ayant des int\u00e9r\u00eats convergents, ou contradictoires, avec une commune se pr\u00e9senter aux \u00e9lections municipales. On a tout de suite compris qu’elles \u00e9taient ses motivations et son sens de l’int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Mais \u00e7a chut!! on ne vous en parlera pas dans le parisien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le plan du projet, (A voir ci-joints) les services de la mairie constatent avec stupeur que le programme propos\u00e9 est implant\u00e9 sur le terrain non construit appartenant \u00e0 M. Pascoal mais aussi sur la parcelle voisine N\u00b0 AN 152 (680 m\u00b2), qui elle appartient \u00e0 la Commune.
En d’autres termes, pour r\u00e9aliser cette op\u00e9ration juteuse (terrain vierge viabilis\u00e9) ASSIA et Pascoal ont l’intention de mettre la main sur un bien communal. Il ont m\u00eame con\u00e7u leur projet en partant du principe qu’ils \u00e9tait chez eux et ont implant\u00e9 leurs immeubles dans cette espace bois\u00e9 municipal.
La municipalit\u00e9 Pelletant a refus\u00e9 cette d\u00e9marche et a indiqu\u00e9 qu’elle ne donnerait ( ni vendrait ) ce terrain dont le but \u00e9tait de compl\u00e9ter le massif bois\u00e9 class\u00e9, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un an plus tard, on retrouve M. Pascoal sur la liste Hertz “Linas Autrement” pour les \u00e9lections municipales. On a compris les hautes motivations altruistes de ce monsieur. Lorsque l’on envisage des projets immobiliers fructueux dans une commune, si on a un minimum d’\u00e9thique, on ne cherche pas \u00e0 prendre le contr\u00f4le de la municipalit\u00e9.
Voil\u00e0 ce que c’est que la liste “Hertz ( Linas Autrement)”, alors qu’ils arr\u00eatent de dire n’importe quoi sur la bonne gestion de Linas que toute personne sens\u00e9e ne peut qu’approuver !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
