On voit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans la commune des affiches coll\u00e9es sur les poteaux, murs et mobilier urbain pour signaler la perte d’un animal, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral un\u00a0chat\u00a0qui n’est pas rentr\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison. Si elles sont tol\u00e9r\u00e9es, ces affiches peuvent \u00eatre verbalis\u00e9es, car elles constituent un affichage ill\u00e9gal ou parfois une d\u00e9gradation du mobilier urbain. Fort heureusement, les services de la mairie font preuve de discernement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, il existe plusieurs alternatives qui peuvent se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler bien plus efficaces. Tout d’abord, signalons une innovation depuis quelques ann\u00e9es : les <\/strong>m\u00e9daillons GPS pour chats<\/strong><\/a>. La miniaturisation permet en effet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le poids des colliers GPS qui existaient auparavant pour les chiens (exemple : lien partenaire https:\/\/c3po.link\/QMfxKTAteb<\/a>). Cette solution a un co\u00fbt, mais si l’on doit comptabiliser le prix des affiches et le PV pour affichage ill\u00e9gal, le m\u00e9daillon GPS peut \u00eatre moins co\u00fbteux, surtout en cas de r\u00e9cidive de fugue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il existe \u00e9galement des solutions gratuites si vous avez perdu votre chat, votre chien ou votre furet et que celui-ci est identifi\u00e9. vous pouvez d\u00e9clarer sa perte au Fichier National d’Identification des Carnivores Domestiques (I-CAD) sur <\/strong>ce lien <\/strong>https:\/\/www.i-cad.fr\/articles\/animal_perdu<\/a>) <\/strong>. Si l’animal est identifi\u00e9 par puce ou tatouage (obligatoire \u00e0 partir de 7 mois), cela permettra de retrouver facilement vos coordonn\u00e9es (nom et adresse) dans le Fichier National d’Identification des Carnivores Domestiques (I-CAD). Cela permettra le contact avec vous si votre animal est retrouv\u00e9. I-CAD est plac\u00e9e sous la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du Minist\u00e8re de l’Agriculture, de la Souverainet\u00e9 Alimentaire et de la For\u00eat. Elle g\u00e8re le Fichier National d’Identification des Carnivores Domestiques qui est un outil gratuit et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 par divers acteurs, tels que refuges, gendarmeries, v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et associations animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que faire si vous trouvez un chat “errant” ?
Selon l\u2019article L211-23 du Code Rural, un chat est en \u00e9tat de divagation s’il est non identifi\u00e9 et trouv\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 200 m\u00e8tres des habitations, ou \u00e0 plus de 1000 m\u00e8tres du domicile de son ma\u00eetre sans surveillance imm\u00e9diate. Tout chat dont le propri\u00e9taire n’est pas connu et qui est saisi sur la voie publique est \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme errant. Rappel pour le cas d’un chien : selon l\u2019article L211-23 du Code Rural, un chien est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 en \u00e9tat de divagation s’il n’est pas sous la surveillance effective de son ma\u00eetre, se trouve hors de port\u00e9e de voix ou \u00e0 plus de 100 m\u00e8tres de son propri\u00e9taire. Un chien abandonn\u00e9 est \u00e9galement en \u00e9tat de divagation, sauf s’il participe \u00e0 une action de chasse et que son propri\u00e9taire a fait des efforts pour le retrouver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se rapprocher de la mairie : La municipalit\u00e9 peut vous orienter en mati\u00e8re d’animaux errants pour leur prise en charge et leurs soins. La gendarmerie ou la police peut \u00e9galement vous indiquer les coordonn\u00e9es de la fourri\u00e8re la plus proche ou vous d\u00e9signer un v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire sous convention pour soigner l\u2019animal bless\u00e9.
\u00c0 savoir : Il est interdit de garder un animal errant. L\u2019animal doit \u00eatre confi\u00e9 \u00e0 une fourri\u00e8re, qui contactera les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019animaux identifi\u00e9s. Le propri\u00e9taire a un d\u00e9lai de 8 jours ouvr\u00e9s pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son animal, apr\u00e8s quoi il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme abandonn\u00e9 et peut \u00eatre propos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019adoption ou euthanasi\u00e9 (Art L211-25 \/ 26 Code Rural).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
