l\u2019audit de la liste <em data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"309\">Linas de C\u0153ur<\/em> pour les \u00e9lections municipales 2026, et plus particuli\u00e8rement sur le volet d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;Ecole et les services publics, <strong data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"467\">\u00c9lodie Ferreira<\/strong>, coordinatrice de la d\u00e9marche, a pilot\u00e9 un important travail d\u2019\u00e9coute et d\u2019analyse des contributions citoyennes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"795\">De nombreux habitants ont partag\u00e9 leur ressenti, leurs attentes et leurs exp\u00e9riences concernant la relation avec la municipalit\u00e9, la transparence des d\u00e9cisions et la place accord\u00e9e aux citoyens dans la vie locale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"966\">Cet audit fait \u00e9merger un constat r\u00e9current : <strong data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"965\">une demande forte de dialogue, d\u2019\u00e9coute et d\u2019implication des habitants dans les d\u00e9cisions qui fa\u00e7onnent leur quotidien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1025\">\ufe0f Un besoin de dialogue et d\u2019\u00e9changes renforc\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1131\">Parmi les attentes les plus exprim\u00e9es figure le <strong data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1130\">manque de dialogue entre la mairie et les habitants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1161\">Les contributions \u00e9voquent :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<li data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1203\">\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1203\">une communication jug\u00e9e insuffisante<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1251\">\n<p data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1251\">des d\u00e9cisions per\u00e7ues comme trop verticales<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<p data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1313\">un sentiment de ne pas \u00eatre consult\u00e9 en amont des projets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1435\">De nombreux Linois expriment le souhait d\u2019une <strong data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1418\">relation plus directe, plus ouverte et plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/strong> avec leurs \u00e9lus.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1476\">Une exigence de transparence<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1554\">La question de la <strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1523\">transparence municipale<\/strong> revient de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1587\">Les contributions mentionnent :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1742\">\n<li data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1637\">\n<p data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1637\">un besoin de clart\u00e9 sur les projets en cours<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1694\">\n<p data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1694\">des interrogations sur certains permis de construire<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1742\">\n<p data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1742\">un souhait d\u2019acc\u00e8s facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1843\">Cette demande traduit une volont\u00e9 de <strong data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1842\">mieux comprendre les d\u00e9cisions publiques et leurs impacts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2578\">Vers une gouvernance plus proche des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2687\">Les habitants expriment le souhait d\u2019une municipalit\u00e9 plus connect\u00e9e \u00e0 leur quotidien, capable d\u2019entendre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2811\">\ufe0f leurs pr\u00e9occupations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2811\">leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2811\">\ufe0f leurs interrogations sur les d\u00e9cisions locales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2953\">La gouvernance participative appara\u00eet ainsi comme un levier essentiel pour <strong data-start=\"2888\" data-end=\"2952\">retisser la confiance entre citoyens et institutions locales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2960\" data-end=\"3007\">Transformer l\u2019\u00e9coute en actions concr\u00e8tes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3009\" data-end=\"3103\">L\u2019objectif de cet audit, coordonn\u00e9 par <strong data-start=\"3048\" data-end=\"3067\">\u00c9lodie Ferreira<\/strong>, n\u2019est pas de s\u2019arr\u00eater au constat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3105\" data-end=\"3152\">Il vise \u00e0 faire \u00e9merger des axes prioritaires :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3302\">\ufe0f dialogue renforc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3302\">transparence accrue<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3302\">participation citoyenne<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3302\">s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et tranquillit\u00e9 publique<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3302\">pr\u00e9sence polici\u00e8re adapt\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3304\" data-end=\"3442\">Ces enseignements constituent une base essentielle pour b\u00e2tir <strong data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3441\">une gouvernance plus ouverte, plus lisible et plus proche des habitants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3449\" data-end=\"3490\">Il est toujours temps de participer<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3492\"
