Celui- ci a non seulement ouvert avec 8 mois de retard mais risque de co\u00fbter quelques 100 millions d\u2019euros suppl\u00e9mentaires au contribuable. En cause, le partenariat public-priv\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour la construction de ce b\u00e2timent qui donne des avantages consid\u00e9rables aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s priv\u00e9es.
