Soyez fous\u2026 plut\u00f4t que d\u2019acheter un vulgaire appartement, offrez-vous un\u00a0village\u00a0entier ! Le hameau de\u00a0Courbefy\u00a0sur la\u00a0commune\u00a0de Bussi\u00e8re-Galant dans la\u00a0Haute-Vienne\u00a0(\u00e0 une quarantaine de kilom\u00e8tres de\u00a0Limoges) cherche justement acqu\u00e9reur. Son prix ? 330 000 euros. La petite bourgade compte tout de m\u00eame 19 b\u00e2timents, plusieurs installations sportives dont un terrain de\u00a0tennis\u00a0et une piscine, ainsi que des box \u00e0 chevaux. En revanche, quelques\u00a0travaux\u00a0de r\u00e9novation sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 70, les habitants de Courbefy se sont dispers\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 laisser le hameau vide. Il fut ensuite transform\u00e9 en une sorte de village vacances, accueillant touristes et colonies d\u2019enfants. Les derniers propri\u00e9taires, un couple du Gers, avaient tent\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper un complexe h\u00f4tel-restaurant, en vain. C\u2019\u00e9tait dans les ann\u00e9es 90\u2026 Depuis, la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation a envahi les pr\u00e9s et les jardins. Plus aucune \u00e2me n\u2019y a mis les pieds, mis \u00e0 part quelques squatteurs et f\u00eatards.<\/p>\n<p>Plus que dix jours pour devenir propri\u00e9taire de Courbefy !<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une mise en vente aux ench\u00e8res, lundi dernier, par le tribunal de Limoges, le village n\u2019a pas encore trouv\u00e9 acheteur. La communaut\u00e9 de communes des Monts de Ch\u00e2lus, dont il d\u00e9pend, se serait bien laiss\u00e9 tenter\u2026 Malheureusement, \u00ab il faut \u00eatre objectif, nos petites communes n&#8217;ont par les moyens de se lancer dans un tel projet de r\u00e9habilitation qui co\u00fbterait au moins aussi cher que le rachat du hameau \u00bb, a regrett\u00e9 Bernard Guilhem, maire d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de Saint-Nicolas-Courbefy, interrog\u00e9 par Europe 1.
