\"\"<\/a>Ce mercredi 21 mars \u00e0 9h30 au Conseil d’Etat se tiendra l’audience en appel concernant l’annulation des\u00a0\u00e9lection\u00a0cantonales du canton de Montlh\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n

L’affaire se pr\u00e9sente tr\u00e8s bien\u00a0: M. Cau\u00ebt s’est pris les pieds dans le tapis dans son recours en appel et sous r\u00e9serve de ce que d\u00e9cideront les juges, je pense que cela devrait bien se finir pour moi.<\/p>\n

En effet, en persistant \u00e0 nier l’\u00e9vidence, mon adversaire\u00a0a tent\u00e9 de tromper les juges en produisant des preuves qui se sont retourn\u00e9es contre lui \u00a0:<\/p>\n

– il a, en effet, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une facture cens\u00e9e \u00eatre celle des journaux “Petit Linois N\u00b01” qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s la veille du second tour pour faire sa promotion et me d\u00e9molir sans que je puisse r\u00e9pondre. Cette facture avait pour but de minimiser le nombre et le co\u00fbt de ces tracts. Manque de chance, j’ai pu mettre la main sur un devis du m\u00eame imprimeur qui montre que la facture a \u00e9t\u00e9 sous estim\u00e9e de 86 %. En plus, on a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 remonter jusqu’au g\u00e9rant de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’imprimerie et il s’av\u00e8re que c’est un membre de la section socialiste de Linas. R\u00e9v\u00e9lateur !!<\/p>\n

– il a aussi produit un t\u00e9moignage \u00e9crit du candidat investi par l’UMP (g\u00eanant pour un socialiste) qui atteste que j’aurais coll\u00e9 des affiches ill\u00e9gale et qu’un maire d’une commune voisine l’aurait constat\u00e9. Manque de chance, le maire en question a formellement d\u00e9menti cette fausse accusation et a m\u00eame indiqu\u00e9 qu’en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ce n’\u00e9tait pas mes affiches qu’il avait vues mais celles de M. Cau\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

– Et puis, entre le jugement et aujourd’hui, j’ai enfin r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre la main sur le compte de campagne de M. Cau\u00ebt, et alors l\u00e0 c’est g\u00e9ant\u00a0! Figurez- vous que ce n’est pas lui qui a financ\u00e9 sa campagne mais le Parti Socialiste qui s’est ensuite rembours\u00e9 sur la subvention de l’Etat. M. Cau\u00ebt, lui, a d\u00e9pens\u00e9 110 \u20ac sur 14 000 \u20ac. Rajout\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e7a que certaines d\u00e9penses sont pass\u00e9es par les comptes de la section socialiste de Marcoussis, ce qui est interdit.<\/p>\n

Vous le voyez, c’est la compl\u00e8te et ce ne sont pas les plaintes en diffamation que M. Cau\u00ebt et ses amis tentent de faire mousser au Tribunal d’Evry qui vont masquer ses propres turpitudes. D’ailleurs, encore ce mardi, il y avait une audience \u00e0 ce sujet\u00a0: M. Cau\u00ebt a d\u00fb payer 1 000 \u00a0\u20ac de caution et ses amis de l’association Mieux Vivre \u00e0 Linas\u00a0: 2 000 \u20ac. Pour des gens qui avaient annonc\u00e9 dans la presse (Le Parisien) que lors de cette audition l’affaire allait \u00eatre jug\u00e9e, \u00e7a c’est un vrai flop. C’est dire combien ils sont pris au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n

Donc, prochain rendez- vous dans quelques jours pour la d\u00e9cision du Tribunal au sujet de l’annulation des \u00e9lections.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
