\"\"<\/a>Alors que tous les feux \u00e9taient au vert pour l’annulation de l’\u00e9lection cantonale, le Rapporteur Public qui\u00a0pr\u00e9conise\u00a0les d\u00e9cisions de justice aux tribunaux, vient de prendre position \u00e0 l’audience au Conseil d’Etat pour maintenir l’\u00e9lection frauduleuse de Monsieur Cau\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

C’est tr\u00e8s inqui\u00e9tant car son avis est tr\u00e8s important et souvent suivi par le Tribunal.<\/p>\n

Le rapporteur a bien point\u00e9 les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s commises, notamment sur l’affichage o\u00f9 pour lui, il n\u2019y a pas photo, M. Cau\u00ebt n’a pas respect\u00e9 la loi.\u00a0Cependant, \u00a0le point le plus d\u00e9licat est celui du bulletin “Petit Linois N\u00b01”, journal \u00e9dit\u00e9\u00a0au m\u00e9pris des r\u00e8gles de financement de la campagne \u00e9lectorale.<\/p>\n

Pour justifier sa position, le Rapporteur Public estime qu’il n’y a pas de lien entre M. Cau\u00ebt (mon adversaire) et l’association “Mieux Vivre \u00e0 Linas” qui a publi\u00e9, pour lui, ce journal tous frais pay\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

C’est quand m\u00eame un peu gros quand on sait que l’un et l’autre ont dialogu\u00e9 sur Facebook le jour de la publication du journal\u00a0ainsi que\u00a0d\u2019autres preuves tr\u00e8s r\u00e9v\u00e9latrices.<\/p>\n
