En cause : des tableaux lui appartenant et expos\u00e9s \u00e0 la mairie sans son consentement. Le Tribunal devra trancher dans cette affaire clochemairesque&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le torchon br\u00fble entre le duc d\u2019Uz\u00e8s et la ville du m\u00eame nom. Jacques de Crussol, h\u00e9ritier d\u2019une des plus vieilles familles de la noblesse fran\u00e7aise, a assign\u00e9 hier matin la ville d\u2019Uz\u00e8s et son Maire devant le Tribunal de Grande Instance de N\u00eemes. Il demande la restitution de tableaux et objets culturels que la commune \u00ab aurait d\u00e9rob\u00e9s \u00bb \u00e0 sa famille durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>Une action en \u00ab revendication des \u0153uvres d\u2019art \u00bb \u00e9tait examin\u00e9e hier matin au palais de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/actualites.leparisien.fr\/justice.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">justice<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La petite cit\u00e9 gardoise d\u2019Uz\u00e8s et ses \u00e9lus de l\u2019\u00e9poque auraient profit\u00e9, selon l\u2019avocat du duc, \u00ab des heures sombres de la Seconde Guerre mondiale \u00bb pour s\u2019accaparer une partie du patrimoine culturel de la famille de Crussol. Un tableau repr\u00e9sentant une a\u00efeule du duc, 2 pastels et une collection d\u2019armes rapport\u00e9e d\u2019une exp\u00e9dition au Congo au XIXe si\u00e8cle auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 vol\u00e9s. \u00ab Des toiles sentimentales \u00bb selon le duc, absent hier des d\u00e9bats. Il veut retrouver \u00ab son patrimoine culturel \u00bb afin de l\u2019exposer dans son magnifique duch\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les tableaux r\u00e9clam\u00e9s font partie du domaine public<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab On r\u00e9clame \u00e0 la commune d\u2019Uz\u00e8s des\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/actualites.leparisien.fr\/armes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">armes<\/a>\u00a0et des tableaux qui sont expos\u00e9s et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au public depuis soixante-dix ans! Des membres de la famille du duc ont c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 des noces dans la salle des mariages de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville, o\u00f9 \u00e9tait accroch\u00e9 pendant des d\u00e9cennies le fameux tableau, principal objet du litige, qui repr\u00e9sente une anc\u00eatre du duc, affirme Me Guy La\u00efck, conseil de la ville. Jamais personne de la famille de Crussol n\u2019a r\u00e9clam\u00e9 un seul objet. Et d\u2019un seul coup, en 2007, le duc actuel s\u2019est rendu compte, comme par miracle, que le tableau lui appartenait \u00bb, s\u2019\u00e9tonne l\u2019avocat. Pour comprendre le litige, il faut se replonger dans l\u2019histoire. En 1938, les anc\u00eatres du duc d\u2019Uz\u00e8s, confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de graves probl\u00e8mes financiers, auraient d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 leur duch\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1950. Le palais ducal a fait l\u2019objet de plusieurs occupations. Il a notamment servi d\u2019annexe au mus\u00e9e d\u2019Uz\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Lorsque la famille Crussol a repris possession de ses biens, apr\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es troubles, une partie de son patrimoine avait migr\u00e9 vers la commune, estime Me Olivier Goujon,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/actualites.leparisien.fr\/avocat.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">avocat<\/a>\u00a0du duc. Le propri\u00e9taire a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9poss\u00e9d\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement, affirme-t-il. La preuve, la mairie d\u2019Uz\u00e8s est incapable de fournir une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du conseil municipal prouvant qu\u2019il y a eu un don de la part de la famille du duc. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En plus du probl\u00e8me de propri\u00e9t\u00e9, un souci administratif et non des moindres, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la barre.
