Si ce dispositif semblait s\u00e9curisant \u00e0 priori, des am\u00e9liorations apparaissaient indispensables pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers et le succ\u00e8s populaire de cette mesure.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le 1<sup>er<\/sup> octobre 2010, alors que les premiers radars essonniens venaient d\u2019\u00eatre install\u00e9s aux feux tricolores \u00e0 Linas sur la RN20, dans les deux sens de circulation, j\u2019avais donc propos\u00e9 au Ministre des Transports une alternative moins p\u00e9nalisante pour les conducteurs (<strong>en s\u2019inspirant d\u2019un syst\u00e8me compos\u00e9 de quatre s\u00e9quences comme cela fonctionne \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger)<\/strong>. Face au mutisme du gouvernement de l\u2019\u00e9poque, j\u2019ai r\u00e9cidiv\u00e9 ma demande au Ministre en place le 4 septembre dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, force est donc de constater que de multiples accidents n\u2019ont de cesse de se produire en cet endroit\u00a0: de 6 accidents en moyenne \/ an avant l\u2019installation des radars, on en totalise 12 \/ an depuis\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019audition des automobilistes accident\u00e9s, il s\u2019av\u00e8re que la peur d\u2019\u00eatre pris au pi\u00e8ge prime avant tout sur les causes des sinistres.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, et n\u2019ayant aucune r\u00e9ponse du Minist\u00e8re des Transports \u00e0 ma demande d\u2019am\u00e9lioration, je demande le d\u00e9montage des 2 radars install\u00e9s sur le territoire de ma commune.<\/p>\n<p>Je viens d\u2019\u00e9crire \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric CUVILLIER, Ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aux Transports, en ce sens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le reportage sur FRANCE 3 :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kow6_5_GELk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kow6_5_GELk<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a deux ans, Linas et 6 autres communes de l\u2019Essonne avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es comme villes tests pour les nouveaux d\u00e9tecteurs d\u2019infractions aux feux\u00a0tricolores.
