Ainsi, lors de l\u2019entretien, il prend le temps de vous\u00a0<strong>\u00e9couter<\/strong>\u00a0et de vous informer sur\u00a0<strong>vos droits et sur les proc\u00e9dures<\/strong>. Ce professionnel vous propose, \u00e9ventuellement,\u00a0<strong>un accompagnement dans vos d\u00e9marches juridiques.<\/strong>\u00a0Il peut alors \u00a0contacter les services judiciaires ou une compagnie d\u2019assurance, pour vous permettre d\u2019obtenir des informations sur l\u2019avancement de votre affaire ou faciliter vos d\u00e9marches.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de besoin, il vous aide \u00e0\u00a0<strong>constituer un dossier d\u2019aide juridictionnelle<\/strong>\u00a0ou de demande d\u2019indemnisation.
