Linas a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes comme pr\u00e9occupation \u00e0 prendre en compte dans la d\u00e9finition de ses politiques \u00e0 destination des habitants. Ce projet sera concr\u00e9tis\u00e9 par la signature de la Charte Europ\u00e9enne. le 13 septembre 2013, prochain \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel du D\u00e9partement. Cet acte aura lieu en pr\u00e9sence de repr\u00e9sentants des communes de l\u2019Essonne. Maud Olivier D\u00e9put\u00e9e et Conseill\u00e8re G\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e \u00e0 la lutte contre les discriminations et \u00e0 la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 sera \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n

La signature de la Charte signifie que les services de la ville mettront tout en \u0153uvre pour am\u00e9liorer durablement la vie de tous et de toutes sur son territoire ; notamment dans l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services sociaux, aux sports, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et aux loisirs. Pour ce faire, un r\u00e9el travail de r\u00e9flexion est d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 men\u00e9 par les agents et les \u00e9lus pour d\u00e9terminer les actions favorables \u00e0 la parit\u00e9.
