Linas agit face aux raccordements dangereux et ill\u00e9gaux<\/h3>\n

Ce lundi 30 septembre 2013, avec des agents de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ERDF, je suis pass\u00e9 contr\u00f4ler le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique des habitations sans permis du quartier des Hauts Chupins \u00e0 Linas. Une op\u00e9ration qui avait pour but de constater les raccordements ill\u00e9gaux pour engager ensuite les poursuites appropri\u00e9es. Certains de ces raccordements, jug\u00e9s dangereux, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 coup\u00e9s sur le champ. En r\u00e9action \u00e0 cette op\u00e9ration, des gens du voyage ont improvis\u00e9 une manifestation l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi devant la Mairie. Nous avons re\u00e7u une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation afin de calmer la situation et leur expliquer notre d\u00e9marche de lutte contre les constructions ill\u00e9gales. Bien entendu, on ne peut tol\u00e9rer des raccordements pirates sur le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique qui sont tr\u00e8s dangereux et ill\u00e9gaux. ERDF a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un PV pour transmission \u00e0 la justice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
