L&#8217;humidit\u00e9 des murs de l&#8217;\u00e9difice est en effet au centre d&#8217;un d\u00e9bat technique depuis le d\u00e9but du chantier de r\u00e9novation. Diff\u00e9rentes solutions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9es, y compris les plus techniques (ondes \u00e9lectroniques chassant les mol\u00e9cules d&#8217;eau, notamment). Mais l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 est malheureusement inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 toute \u00e9glise et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 celle de Linas \u00e9difi\u00e9e au-dessus de sources et de glaises.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;entreprise qui r\u00e9alise les travaux ne souhaite pas voir engag\u00e9e sa garantie d\u00e9cennale sur ce point pr\u00e9cis; les travaux ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendus en attente d&#8217;un accord entre l\u2019entreprise en question et l&#8217;architecte en chef des Monuments Historiques sur la solution technique \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la ville de Linas a suspendu le payement des acomptes. La conclusion est tomb\u00e9e courant septembre, finalement aucune solution nouvelle n\u2019\u00e9tant probante, l&#8217;architecte a convenu que la meilleure solution serait de r\u00e9aliser les enduits suivant un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 traditionnel, que par ailleurs il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas justifi\u00e9 de rendre l&#8217;entreprise responsable d&#8217;\u00e9ventuelles r\u00e9apparitions d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 et a donc demand\u00e9 que celle-ci soit dispens\u00e9e de garantie d\u00e9cennale sur ce point pr\u00e9cis, ce que la ville a accept\u00e9.
