Ainsi, dans une commune o\u00f9 le conseil municipal ne vote jamais d\u2019augmentation, les habitants payent quand m\u00eame un peu plus d\u2019imp\u00f4ts, du simple fait que le Gouvernement augmente les bases locatives. La seule consolation pour ces contribuables, c\u2019est que l\u2019augmentation est moins lourde que dans une ville qui augmenterait ses taux d\u2019imp\u00f4ts. Concernant les taxes fonci\u00e8res (b\u00e2ties et non b\u00e2ties), l\u2019imp\u00f4t a grimp\u00e9 en moyenne de 21,7% en France depuis 2007 (21,43% pour ce qui est de la moyenne en Essonne). A Linas, cette progression sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode est pr\u00e8s de moiti\u00e9 moins importante, soit 12,45 %.
