En juin dernier, d’importantes inondations ont provoqu\u00e9s de graves d\u00e9gradations sur la RN20. La municipalit\u00e9 s\u2019est alors naturellement tourn\u00e9e vers le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Essonne. En effet, celle-ci est propri\u00e9taire de la route. La municipalit\u00e9 l’a donc contacter afin de proc\u00e9der aux r\u00e9parations n\u00e9cessaires. Contre toute attente, le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Essonne a r\u00e9pondu par la n\u00e9gative, estimant que c\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 la ville de Linas d\u2019effectuer les travaux de r\u00e9paration, notamment pour tout ce qui est de l\u2019entretien des trottoirs, des r\u00e9seaux, des \u00e9clairages, de la signalisation et des \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Face \u00e0 cette fin de non-recevoir, la municipalit\u00e9 de Linas a alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de porter cette affaire en justice afin de reconna\u00eetre la responsabilit\u00e9 du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
