J’appelle \u00e0 signer une p\u00e9tition de soutien \u00e0 S\u00e9gol\u00e8ne Royal pour la modification de la politique tarifaire des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d’autoroutes<\/span><\/strong>. Lors de son interview du 14 octobre 2014 \u00e0 la Radio RTL, la Ministre de l’Ecologie a indiqu\u00e9 souhaiter \u00ab\u00a0qu\u2019il y ait une baisse des tarifs autoroutes de 10%, avec une gratuit\u00e9 par exemple le week-end\u00a0\u00bb. Depuis des ann\u00e9es, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019autoroutes ont engrang\u00e9 des profits qu’il faut redistribuer en direction du financement des infrastructures. En effet, \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, les magistrats de la Cour des Comptes\u00a0ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0des tarifs incoh\u00e9rents\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, des hausses de tarifs syst\u00e9matiquement\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 l’inflation\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0et, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, une\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0politique<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>tarifaire [qui] s’est sensiblement \u00e9loign\u00e9e des r\u00e8gles qui la fondaient\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em>C\u2019est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en Essonne o\u00f9 la politique tarifaire de Cofiroute (A10) est telle que de nombreux camions et v\u00e9hicules sortent au p\u00e9age d\u2019Allainville (moins couteux) et remontent vers Paris en empruntant la RN20. Le Conseil municipal de Linas, lors d\u2019un vote solennel le 15 octobre 2014, r\u00e9clame qu’une participation soit demand\u00e9e \u00e0 Cofiroute afin de financer la r\u00e9habilitation de la RN20 en attente depuis 10 ans. Les sommes envisag\u00e9es sont de l’ordre de 1,5 million d’euros par an, avec une r\u00e9troactivit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale de 15 ans, soit une vingtaine de millions d’euros. Aussi, je vais proposer \u00e0 tous les usagers de la RN20 de manifester leur approbation \u00e0 la participation des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d’autoroute au financement de la RN20 par une action coup de poing et aux conseils municipaux des villes travers\u00e9es par la RN20 de voter une motion dans ce sens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
