\"\"<\/a>L\u2019offre locative dans le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Essonne est non seulement insuffisante mais elle s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00e9galement inadapt\u00e9e aux besoins des m\u00e9nages. C\u2019est en effet dans la cat\u00e9gorie, dite des PLAI que le besoin est le plus urgent, soit 90% des demandes. Sur les quelque 4.000 logements neufs cr\u00e9\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e, 20% sont des logements sociaux. Et 4 logements sociaux cr\u00e9\u00e9s sur 5 ne sont accessibles qu\u2019aux familles ais\u00e9es. Autre lacune point\u00e9e du doigt, les d\u00e9lais de r\u00e9alisation. Entre la d\u00e9cision de construire des logements et l’emm\u00e9nagement des familles, il se passe souvent plusieurs ann\u00e9es. L’Essonne est donc toujours en retard d’une bataille, la faute principalement aux d\u00e9lais d’instruction administratifs (il faut quelquefois un an pour \u00e9tudier un dossier de r\u00e9novation de logement). Nous nous engageons \u00e0 mettre en place une v\u00e9ritable politique sociale en mati\u00e8re de logement, loin des combines et petits arrangements.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, nous proposons de mettre en place :<\/p>\n

– un dispositif \u00ab Logement 1er d\u00e9part \u00bb qui s\u2019adresserait aux jeunes foyers acc\u00e9dants en tant que locataires \u00e0 un 1er logement du parc public ou priv\u00e9, dans le d\u00e9partement,<\/p>\n

– un DALO d\u00e9partement afin d\u2019attribuer les logements du Conseil D\u00e9partemental \u00e0 ceux qui ont fait la demande depuis longtemps,<\/p>\n

– obliger les promoteurs \u00e0 r\u00e9nover ou remplacer un logement ancien \u00e0 chaque construction d\u2019un nouveau logement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
