Le Conseil Municipal a, en effet, arr\u00eat\u00e9 le document marquant la fin des \u00e9tudes. Ce document marque \u00e9glament\u00a0le d\u00e9but de la phase de consultation administrative.<\/p>\n<p>Cette phase d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de trois mois, permet alors de recueillir les avis des personnes publiques associ\u00e9es (Conseil R\u00e9gional d\u2019Ile-de-France, Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Essonne, Syndicat des Transports d\u2019Ile-de-France, communes voisines, am\u00e9nageurs, bailleurs, etc.).\u00a0Ensuite, la commune peut alors organiser une\u00a0enqu\u00eate publique\u00a0afin que tous les citoyens puissent venir s\u2019exprimer sur le nouveau PLU tel qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 par le conseil municipal. Un registre sera disponible pour accueillir les remarques durant toute la p\u00e9riode d\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Une communication sera faite par voie de presse, et sur le site Internet de la Ville afin d\u2019annoncer les dates pr\u00e9cises de l\u2019enqu\u00eate publique, les dates pr\u00e9cises et les horaires de rencontre avec le commissaire enqu\u00eateur d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par le tribunal administratif. Le PLU pourra ensuite \u00eatre soumis \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019approbation d\u00e9finitive\u00a0du conseil municipal.
