\"\"<\/a>Beaucoup s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent de ma convocation \u00e0 la police demain jeudi \u00e0 10h, diffus\u00e9e dans la presse.<\/p>\n

Pour ma part, je trouve absolument d\u00e9testable cette fa\u00e7on qu’ont les pouvoirs publics depuis quelques mois de r\u00e9gler leur compte aux trublions comme moi en utilisant les moyens de coercitions judiciaires.<\/p>\n

C’est exactement dans la m\u00eame veine que pour ces gens d\u2019Uber qui se voient saisir leur voiture ou plac\u00e9s en garde \u00e0 vue et trait\u00e9s de voyous, voire de criminels, par le Ministre de l’Int\u00e9rieur avant tout proc\u00e8s et tout jugement.<\/p>\n

Pour ma part, on me reproche d’avoir signal\u00e9 une zone de danger en amont des feux tricolores de ma commune. Le danger est d\u00fb aux radars de feux qui provoquent des freinages brutaux.<\/p>\n

Y-a-t-il de quoi fouetter un chat\u00a0? En tout cas, il n’y a pas mati\u00e8re \u00e0 vouloir r\u00e9soudre une \u00e9nigme polici\u00e8re puisque l’on sait tr\u00e8s bien qui a fait quoi et pourquoi.<\/p>\n

Toujours est-il que nous avons fait les choses dans les r\u00e8gles, j’ai pris un arr\u00eat\u00e9 municipal, nous l’avons envoy\u00e9 au Pr\u00e9fet qui ne l’a pas contest\u00e9 et pour cause, son fondement juridique est on ne peut plus l\u00e9gal. (Arr\u00eat\u00e9 portant signalisation d’un danger<\/a>)<\/p>\n

C’est donc sur un autre terrain que les services de l’Etat ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me chercher des poux. On nous a tout d’abord indiqu\u00e9 que mes panneaux n’\u00e9taient pas conformes \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation de la …” publicit\u00e9”… Plaisanterie !!!<\/p>\n

N’ayant pas trouv\u00e9 les poux qu’ils esp\u00e9raient, les services de l’Etat ont choisi de donner un nouveau coup sur la t\u00eate de la mairie en me convoquant au commissariat pour cette fois :<\/p>\n

– Panneau non conforme \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation routi\u00e8re,<\/p>\n

-Vol d’\u00e9nergie (les clignotants sur les feux seraient aliment\u00e9s par de l\u2019\u00e9nergie vol\u00e9e !!)\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Comme je suis un bon citoyen, je vais me rendre \u00e0 la convocation afin de contribuer \u00e0 l’\u00e9lucidation de cette affaire et je vous en rendrai compte, mais il demeure que l’on est loin de mes propositions pour trouver une solution intelligente et concert\u00e9e au danger que repr\u00e9sentent les radars de feux. Je pr\u00e9cise que plusieurs pays ou villes les ont supprim\u00e9s pour cette m\u00eame raison.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9j\u00e0 60 000 personnes ont sign\u00e9 une p\u00e9tition de soutien \u00e0 mon initiative (p\u00e9tition<\/a>). Je vous en remercie, continuez ainsi mais je ne souhaite pas que demain des personnes viennent \u00e0 10h devant le commissariat d’Arpajon afin de me soutenir, comme cela semble vouloir se dessiner.<\/p>\n
