Je tiens \u00e0 souligner le professionnalisme des agents qui m&#8217;ont re\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le soi-disant vol d\u2019\u00e9nergie, j&#8217;ai apport\u00e9 la preuve que les flashs des panneaux \u00e9taient connect\u00e9s en aval du compteur appartenant \u00e0 la commune. Ce grief est donc \u00e9vacu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des panneaux, j&#8217;ai donn\u00e9 la copie de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 municipal qui institue les panneaux et qui, \u00a0je le rappelle, n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 contest\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9fecture lorsque la mairie l&#8217;a transmis pour le contr\u00f4le de l\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En tout \u00e9tat de cause, j&#8217;ai indiqu\u00e9 que nous allions achever la phase d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation dans deux mois au terme de laquelle je ferai \u00e9voluer le dispositif en tenant compte des remarques des uns et des autres.
