Linas lance une plateforme de financement participatif<\/h2>\n

La ville de Linas vient de lancer sa plateforme de financement participatif : \u00ab devenez business angel pour l’Eglise Saint Merry \u00bb.\u00a0La plateforme a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e le lundi 28 d\u00e9cembre 2015 et ce jusqu’au 13 f\u00e9vrier 2016. \nLa commune de Linas s’est engag\u00e9e dans les travaux de restauration de son \u00e9glise Saint Merry depuis 1997. \u00a0A cette date, celle-ci – class\u00e9e Monument Historique – a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e au public suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte d’un affaissement du terrain. Depuis ce temps, l’\u00e9difice a \u00e9t\u00e9 stabilis\u00e9. La r\u00e9alisation de travaux de r\u00e9novation a permis sa r\u00e9ouverture en avril 2014.<\/p>\n

\u00a0L\u2019arr\u00eat des travaux en raison de la situation financi\u00e8re<\/h4>\n

Ces travaux de r\u00e9novation ont concern\u00e9 le gros \u0153uvre mais il reste de nombreux travaux de finition. Notamment sur les ouvrages d’art (menuiseries, tableaux, vitraux…). Le contexte budg\u00e9taire contraint dans lequel se trouvent toutes les communes (baisse des dotations de l’Etat) a conduit la commune \u00e0 suspendre les travaux programm\u00e9s. Les \u00e9difices cultuels font partie int\u00e9grante de notre patrimoine artistique. C’est pourquoi, la volont\u00e9 de la ville de Linas est de permettre au public de venir admirer les \u0153uvres d’art que l’\u00e9glise renferme.<\/p>\n

Actuellement, l’\u00e9glise en est d\u00e9pouill\u00e9e puisque celles-ci sont stock\u00e9es chez nos prestataires pour r\u00e9novation.
\nAfin que cette situation ne perdure pas, la commune de Linas fait appel \u00e0 toutes les bonnes volont\u00e9s pour que soient restaur\u00e9s les vitraux de l’\u00e9glise (ceux-ci constituant les \u0153uvres les plus remarquables de la coll\u00e9giale). Le montant total pour la restauration des vitraux est de 70.000\u20ac (pour d\u00e9pose, restauration, pose). L’objectif de la ville est d’obtenir 9.000\u20ac, somme correspondant \u00e0 la restauration de la verri\u00e8re du Chevet (comportant 3 vitraux de grande taille). Ce qui sera r\u00e9colt\u00e9 en plus sera utilis\u00e9 pour financer la restauration du reste des vitraux.<\/p>\n

Qu’est ce que le financement participatif ?<\/h4>\n

Egalement nomm\u00e9 \u00ab crowdfunding \u00bb, le financement participatif est un moyen moderne pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9, une association et m\u00eame une collectivit\u00e9 territoriale, de financer un projet. Il permet de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer le plus grand nombre de personnes autour du projet, mais aussi, de participer \u00e0 la vie \u00e9conomique du territoire.
