Elle comprends la fusion de la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration du Plateau de Saclay et de la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration Europ\u2019Essonne. N\u00e9anmoins, cette r\u00e9forme\u00a0n\u2019a pas eu raison du suivi r\u00e9gulier de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avanc\u00e9e de la fibre optique. Egalement, celle-ci ne va pas retarder le d\u00e9ploiement du Tr\u00e8s Haut D\u00e9bit dans nos communes.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle entit\u00e9, Communaut\u00e9 Paris-Saclay, dans laquelle j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu derni\u00e8rement Vice-Pr\u00e9sident en charge du Tr\u00e8s Haut D\u00e9bit ; a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre l\u2019engagement en faveur de la fibre optique pour tous que nous avions enclench\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente agglom\u00e9ration. Notre mot d\u2019ordre restera encore ici\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0les collectivit\u00e9s vont l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les grands op\u00e9rateurs ne vont pas\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Etant en charge d\u00e9sormais de cette question sur un territoire plus vaste, je n\u2019en laisserai pas moins de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les territoires sur lesquels nous nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s. Il convient par ailleurs de vous pr\u00e9senter ici un point d\u2019\u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00a0Longjumeau<\/h5>\n<p>Pour la phase 3, nous pouvons d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 dire que 80% des foyers sont raccordables pour les communes de Villebon-sur-Yvette et de Longjumeau. Les 20% restants devraient suivre assez rapidement. Nous esp\u00e9rons que d\u2019ici deux semaines toutes les probl\u00e9matiques cit\u00e9es dans mes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents articles sur ce sujet seront trait\u00e9s (convention avec les bailleurs sociaux, autorisation d\u2019installation de poteau,\u2026).<\/p>\n<h5>Monthl\u00e9ry<\/h5>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la phase 4, pour Montlh\u00e9ry, nous risquons un d\u00e9calage de 3 mois sur le d\u00e9but des travaux car la commune n\u2019a pas souhait\u00e9 que soit r\u00e9aliser le c\u00e2blage en a\u00e9rien. Les \u00e9tudes sont donc reprises en ce sens.<\/p>\n<h5>Linas<\/h5>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0\u00a0la municipalit\u00e9 de Linas les d\u00e9marches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 facilit\u00e9. Le c\u00e2blage est en cours et nous esp\u00e9rons une commercialisation d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016. Nous devons cependant v\u00e9rifier certains points concernant les autorisations de fa\u00e7ades sur la rue de la Division Leclerc.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Villejust, l\u2019aiguillage est termin\u00e9. La commune profitera aussi du point de mutualisation de Nozay et Villebon-sur-Yvette, ce qui facilitera l\u2019avanc\u00e9e des travaux.<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin sur Marcoussis, l\u2019aiguillage est en cours de r\u00e9alisation, celui-ci est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 70%.
