\"\"<\/a>RELAXE\u00a0GENERALE : \u00a0Voil\u00e0 le verdict prononc\u00e9 cet apr\u00e8s-midi par la 5\u00e8me Chambre du TGI d’Evry dans un proc\u00e8s que m’intentait le promoteur ABCD dont l’avocat, Ma\u00eetre DRAI, est aussi connu pour \u00eatre l’avocat de l\u2019opposition de Linas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il m’\u00e9tait reproch\u00e9, comme d’habitude, avec aucune preuve, l’exercice ill\u00e9gal de la profession d’avocat !! On\u00a0ne\u00a0me l’avait\u00a0encore\u00a0jamais faite celle-l\u00e0 ! Et pourtant avec l\u2019opposition\u00a0en place\u00a0\u00e0 Linas, \u00a0j’en ai vu et j’en vois\u00a0des insolites tous les jours.<\/span><\/p>\n

A force de m’attaquer en justice plut\u00f4t qu’\u00e0 propos de mon mandat\u00a0d’\u00e9lu et de me faire passer mon temps dans les\u00a0pr\u00e9toires ou les commissariats\u00a0au d\u00e9triment de mon travail au service du public, mes adversaires m’ont fait passer pour un avocat. “Ma\u00eetre Pelletant” c’est chic non ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Voil\u00e0 de quoi est faite la vie du Maire de Linas. Je ne peux pas m’emp\u00eacher de penser que ce\u00a0m\u00eame\u00a0apr\u00e8s-midi \u00e9taient\u00a0c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9es\u00a0les obs\u00e8ques d\u2019Honorine, la centenaire de Linas. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu lui rendre hommage car\u00a0j’\u00e9tais au tribunal. Encore, pour une affaire \u00a0qui ne visait\u00a0qu’\u00e0 me salir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le bon c\u00f4t\u00e9 c’est que je dois vraiment \u00eatre inattaquable sur le plan politique pour que l’on cherche \u00e0 me d\u00e9truire en justice, ou les deux lorsque cela se produit \u00e0 quelques jours des scrutins \u00e9lectoraux.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mais fort heureusement, \u00a0il y a en France des Magistrats que beaucoup de pays peuvent nous envier. Des magistrats professionnels\u00a0et justes, qui\u00a0ne sont pas pr\u00eats \u00e0\u00a0se laisser manipuler.<\/span><\/p>\n

Merci quand m\u00eame \u00e0 mon avocat,\u00a0Ma\u00eetre\u00a0Biville qui \u00e9tait bloqu\u00e9 par les gr\u00e8ves et qui n’\u00e9tait pas\u00a0pr\u00e9sent pour cette audience.\u00a0D\u00e9sol\u00e9 pour\u00a0la jeune avocate, envoy\u00e9e par notre\u00a0contradicteur,\u00a0qui n’avait pas le beau r\u00f4le dans cette affaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Petite satisfaction, les finances publiques vont recevoir 6000 euros de caution que mes adversaires ont perdu dans cette affaire. Je\u00a0sugg\u00e8re\u00a0que l’Etat affecte cette somme \u00e0 la revalorisation des dotations des communes.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
