Ce mardi 8 d\u00e9cembre, \u00a0le Tribunal d’Evry\u00a0a\u00a0mis fin \u00e0 4 ans de proc\u00e9dure concernant les \u00e9lections cantonales de 2011 et une fois de plus la justice m’a donn\u00e9 raison, cette fois- ci contre M. Cauet, maire Adjoint \u00e0 Marcoussis et ancien Conseiller G\u00e9n\u00e9ral,\u00a0qui m’attaquait en diffamation.<\/span><\/p>\n

En 2011, \u00a0J\u00e9rome Cau\u00ebt a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu Conseiller G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du canton de Montlh\u00e9ry en me battant aux\u00a0\u00e9lections\u00a0cantonales. Personne n’a compris ma d\u00e9faite au terme de 13 ans de mandat plut\u00f4t positif (Cr\u00e9ation du Centre de Rugby de Marcoussis-Linas, Coll\u00e8ge de Nozay, caserne de pompiers de Montlh\u00e9ry, restauration de la tour de Montlh\u00e9ry…), \u00a0alors que le premier tour me pla\u00e7ait archi-favori.<\/span><\/p>\n

En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, \u00a0cette \u00e9lection a bascul\u00e9 suite \u00e0 la distribution d’un journal, \u00a0la veille du second tour : \u00a0“Le Petit Linois” qui m’accusait\u00a0de fa\u00e7on \u00e9hont\u00e9e et en revanche valorisait mon adversaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Je ne suis pas homme \u00e0 me laisser faire, d\u00e8s le lendemain de l’\u00e9lection, \u00a0j ai moi-m\u00eame men\u00e9 l’enqu\u00eate et j’ai pu prouver que ce journal avait \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par mes opposants linois proches de M. Cau\u00ebt, avec de l’argent provenant d’une entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n

A l’\u00e9poque je vous avais\u00a0r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9\u00a0les faits\u00a0 par un bulletin expliquant toute l’affaire. Celui-ci n’\u00e9tait pas du go\u00fbt de M. Cau\u00ebt qui m’a attaqu\u00e9 en diffamation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pendant 4 ans M. Cau\u00ebt a tout tent\u00e9 pour me tra\u00eener devant un tribunal et faire qualifier de diffamation le document que j’avais\u00a0publi\u00e9\u00a0pour vous informer de ce scandale. Il m’a envoy\u00e9 une quinzaine de fois des huissiers\u00a0qui se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 mon domicile et ont\u00a0d\u00e9livr\u00e9 des assignations \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 la plupart du temps par mon \u00e9pouse ou\u00a0mes enfants.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce harc\u00e8lement proc\u00e9dural \u00e9tait absolument injustifi\u00e9 mais c’est ainsi\u00a0qu’a agi\u00a0mon adversaire qui imagine certainement qu’il peut t\u00e9l\u00e9guider \u00e0 sa guise des\u00a0enqu\u00eates\u00a0\u00a0judiciaires. Une de mes sympathisantes, \u00e2g\u00e9e de 74 ans, a eu, elle aussi, \u00e0 en p\u00e2tir il y\u00a0a\u00a0quelques mois (interrogatoire de la PJ, expertise psychiatrique, etc…).<\/span><\/p>\n

L’affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e mardi 8 d\u00e9cembre et le tribunal a estim\u00e9 que je ne n’avais pas exc\u00e9d\u00e9 la pol\u00e9mique politique acceptable dans ma d\u00e9nonciation des faits. Merci \u00e0 mon avocat Ma\u00eetre de\u00a0Korodi\u00a0qui une fois de plus a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s professionnel.<\/span><\/p>\n

J’engrange ainsi une nouvelle victoire judiciaire, m\u00eame si cela ne r\u00e9parera jamais ma d\u00e9faire de 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les \u00e9lections cantonales de 2011 \u00e9taient\u00a0les derni\u00e8res de l’histoire. Elle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9es\u00a0cette ann\u00e9e 2015 par les \u00e9lections d\u00e9partementales auxquelles je n’ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu (on se rappelle de ma garde \u00e0 vue m\u00e9diatis\u00e9e 45 jours avant le premier tour). De son c\u00f4t\u00e9 M. Cau\u00ebt non plus n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lu, il a retrouv\u00e9 son emploi d’inspecteur du travail qu’il n’avait jamais cess\u00e9\u00a0d\u2019exercer\u00a0pendant les 4 ans o\u00f9\u00a0il fut Conseiller G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du canton de Montlh\u00e9ry.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
