Toute notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et notre \u00e9nergie sont mobilis\u00e9es pour que Linas et les\u00a0Linois vivent une excellente ann\u00e9e 2016 en d\u00e9pit\u00a0d’une conjoncture nationale de plus en plus difficile. Je vous pr\u00e9sente mes Meilleurs V\u0153ux ainsi que ceux de tout\u00a0le Conseil Municipal et\u00a0de\u00a0tous les services de la mairie.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Je ne vous apprendrai\u00a0rien en vous disant que 2016 sera une ann\u00e9e difficile pour les communes de France. Les villes bien g\u00e9r\u00e9es\u00a0vont devoir payer pour les autres et\u00a0devront subir un d\u00e9sengagement in\u00e9dit de l’Etat devenu exsangue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beaucoup de villes\u00a0en France se pr\u00e9parent\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0augmenter leurs\u00a0imp\u00f4ts\u00a0et celles qui ne le feront pas maintenant seront oblig\u00e9es\u00a0de le faire plus tard.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Avant d’en arriver\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0cette extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, j’ai souhait\u00e9 qu’\u00e0 Linas nous nous interrogions d’abord sur nos d\u00e9penses et nos autres recettes afin de temporiser au maximum le recours \u00e0 la fiscalit\u00e9 pour financer les d\u00e9sengagements\u00a0de l’Etat. Ce sera notre priorit\u00e9 en 2016 car nous consid\u00e9rons injuste de faire payer aux habitants les cons\u00e9quences d’une mauvaise politique nationale dont ils d\u00e9j\u00e0 victimes depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans les prochains mois, nous allons mettre en place des mesures de r\u00e9duction de nos services. Certaines prestations municipales seront supprim\u00e9es, ou r\u00e9duites ou factur\u00e9es aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.<\/span><\/p>\n

Plusieurs initiatives ont\u00a0d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es :<\/span><\/h5>\n

– Non reconduction de plusieurs postes de fonctionnaires, m\u00eame si\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0Linas nous avons un effectif municipal plut\u00f4t en-dessous de la moyenne ;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Arr\u00eat de plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements : V\u0153ux du Maire,\u00a0No\u00ebl du personnel…<\/span><\/p>\n

– Remplacement de certaines prestations : Un apr\u00e8s-midi festif remplace le banquet d’automne des\u00a0seniors, le calendrier remplace l’agenda …<\/span><\/p>\n

– Modification des moyens\u00a0de communication : Linas Actualit\u00e9s au format standard\u00a021 x 29,7 et magazine enti\u00e8rement refondu ;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Recherche de recettes\u00a0nouvelles\u00a0: test de Crowdfunding \u00a0(financement participatif)\u00a0\u00a0pour financer les vitraux de l\u2019\u00e9glise, mise en place de prestations\u00a0payantes, \u00a0facturation au prix co\u00fbtant\u00a0des prestations rendues pour le compte de l’Etat, etc…<\/span><\/p>\n

Je souhaite \u00e9galement ne pas remettre en cause les politiques que nous avons mises en place en faveur des \u00e9coles d’une part et des associations d’autre part.\u00a0<\/span>Les associations parce qu’il faut plut\u00f4t pr\u00e9server et inciter cette richesse qu’est l’initiative associative.\u00a0<\/span>L’\u00e9cole parce que ce serait la solution de facilit\u00e9 de revoir \u00e0 la baisse ce qui profite \u00e0 l’\u00e9panouissement des enfants de Linas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nous sommes preneurs\u00a0de toutes\u00a0les\u00a0id\u00e9es, le principe \u00e9tant de refuser une aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 aveugle mais plut\u00f4t de transformer les nombreux services publics que nous avons\u00a0\u00e0 Linas pour les pratiquer diff\u00e9remment,\u00a0\u00a0\u00e0 un co\u00fbt moindre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
