Nos premi\u00e8res pens\u00e9es vont \u00e0 sa famille, son \u00e9pouse Evelyne et ses 4 enfants Aur\u00e9lie, Cynthia, Adrien, Axel. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 1995, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 successivement maire-adjoint charg\u00e9 du scolaire, du sport, des finances.<\/p>\n<p>Bourreau de travail, Jean-Yves avait rejoint notre \u00e9quipe afin de se mettre au service des habitants et de mener \u00e0 bien des projets qui lui tenaient \u00e0 c\u0153ur : le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement du restaurant municipal, celui du Cosom (vestiaires, terrain de tennis couvert, salle de musculation,\u2026) et bien s\u00fbr, le Centre de Loisirs dont il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s fier. Plus qu\u2019un coll\u00e8gue \u00e0 travers mes mandats successifs, Jean-Yves fut pour moi un ami, de ceux que l\u2019on compte sur les doigts d\u2019une main.<\/p>\n<p>Durant les semaines qui ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 sa disparition, JeanYves Lusson a travaill\u00e9 avec les services de la Mairie \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du budget 2016 dans un contexte national in\u00e9dit avec des dotations en baisse, des charges en hausse. Il a rendu son dernier souffle le 30 mars alors que le soir m\u00eame, le Conseil Municipal se r\u00e9unissait pour voter ce budget 2016 de l\u2019impossible. Ce budget a contenu l\u2019augmentation de la Taxe Habitation qui passera de 13,45% \u00e0 14,7%. Les trois autres taxes ne seront pas touch\u00e9es et resteront identiques. La taxe de balayage, un moment envisag\u00e9e, ne sera pas mise en place.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019humanit\u00e9 de Jean-Yves Lusson et sa conception du d\u00e9vouement r\u00e9publicain doivent \u00eatre plus que jamais pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es comme un tr\u00e9sor. L\u2019\u00e9quipe municipale partage ces valeurs et s\u2019emploiera \u00e0 les d\u00e9fendre afin que jamais la technocratie ne l\u2019emporte sur l\u2019humanisme, ni les calculs politiciens sur l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et pour que toujours les Linois soient d\u00e9fendus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C \u2018est une grande perte pour la commune de Linas.
