La raison est simple\u00a0: tout est en \u00e9tat de fonctionnement, mais le compteur \u00e9lectrique ne peut \u00eatre branch\u00e9 car le <em>Consuel<\/em>n\u2019a toujours pas fait le contr\u00f4le des installations. Il y a, en effet, eu du retard dans les formalit\u00e9s pour donner l\u2019autorisation de branchement. Ce n\u2019est donc qu\u2019une affaire administrative, mais je rappelle simplement que lorsque j\u2019\u00e9tais Conseiller g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ce genre de situation se r\u00e9glait au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone en quelques minutes.
