Les seuls fonds publics concern\u00e9s par le jugement du Tribunal de Cr\u00e9teil en date du 14 mars 2016 sont ceux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9s par l\u2019Etat \u00e0 des associations dans le cadre de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F24438\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> contrats d\u2019avenir<\/a>. Rien dans les faits ne peut \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 de d\u00e9tournement de fonds, et encore moins de fonds publics dont la d\u00e9finition est \u00ab\u00a0le fait, par une personne d\u00e9positaire de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 publique ou charg\u00e9e d\u2019une mission de service public,\u2026 de d\u00e9truire, d\u00e9tourner ou soustraire un acte ou un titre, ou des fonds publics,\u2026 qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en raison de ses fonctions ou de sa mission\u00a0\u00bb (article 432-15 du Code P\u00e9nal).<\/p>\n<p>Monsieur Revol, chef de service du magazine Le\u00a0Point, a reconnu que contrairement \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;a publi\u00e9 son journal, je n&#8217;ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9 de d\u00e9tournement de fonds publics.
