Mais depuis quelques temps, nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 la voir se d\u00e9velopper comme dans les communes voisines. Nous avons subi une augmentation de cambriolages en mars et de vols de v\u00e9hicules en avril &#8211; mai. De leur cot\u00e9, les forces de l\u2019ordre sont perp\u00e9tuellement en sous-effectif ; Les moyens dont ils disposent ne sont pas \u00e0 la hauteur des missions qu\u2019on leur demande. En d&#8217;autres termes,\u00a0ils ont des priorit\u00e9s qui ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment les n\u00f4tres. Face \u00e0 cela, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 Linas de repenser les op\u00e9rations \u201ctranquillit\u00e9 vacances\u201d qui existent depuis une quinzaine d&#8217;ann\u00e9es. Nous les\u00a0\u00e9tendons sur toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e et en renfor\u00e7ant les effectifs par des volontaires form\u00e9s et \u00e9quip\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi va na\u00eetre en exp\u00e9rimentation \u00e0 Linas, le Groupe Communal de Vigilance (GCV). Cette \u00e9quipe sera constitu\u00e9e de volontaires, \u00e9valu\u00e9e et s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e pour son sang-froid ; ils seront plac\u00e9s sous la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un OPJ (Officier de Police Judiciaire) ey suivront des formations. Ils seront aussi \u00e9quip\u00e9s avec des moyens modernes (drone, lunette infra rouge,&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Il seront en lien avec les \u201cVoisins Vigilants pour prendre en charge un signalement et g\u00e9rer l\u2019alerte aupr\u00e8s des forces de l\u2019ordre. Le gros avantage d\u2019une telle \u00e9quipe pilot\u00e9e par la mairie afin d\u2019assurer la vigilance est de ne pas faire porter de responsabilit\u00e9s trop pesantes \u00e0 vos amis ou vos voisins lorsqu\u2019ils sont charg\u00e9s de surveiller votre habitation en votre absence.<\/p>\n<h3>Les objectifs du GCV<\/h3>\n<p>Le GCV est l\u00e0 pour soutenir, organiser et compl\u00e9ter des dispositifs comme le r\u00e9seau des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voisinsvigilants.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">\u201cVoisins Vigilants<\/a>\u201d et le rendre vraiment efficace. Il est un fait que les cambrioleurs et les malfrats ne sont pas plus idiots que nous. Ils choisissent o\u00f9 faire leurs mauvais coups et bien s\u00fbr ils \u00e9vitent les secteurs o\u00f9 ils savent qu\u2019ils sont \u201cattendus\u201d. C\u2019est le grand principe de la vigilance : la dissuasion. C\u2019est pour cette raison que le Groupe Communal de Vigilance que nous allons cr\u00e9er sera avant tout un groupe pr\u00e9ventif. La vigilance ne peut fonctionner que s\u2019il y a des citoyens volontaires et mobilis\u00e9s pour donner l\u2019alerte en cas de besoin. Tous peuvent participer d\u2019une fa\u00e7on ou d\u2019une autre. Vous pouvez ainsi participer activement au Groupe Communal de Vigilance en fonction de votre disponibilit\u00e9 et suivant un planning programm\u00e9 plusieurs mois \u00e0 l\u2019avance.<\/p>\n<h4>Comment devenir un &#8220;Voisin Vigilant&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi \u00eatre tout simplement \u201cVoisin Vigilant\u201d et de chez vous, participer \u00e0 la surveillance de votre rue et de votre quartier.
