Lundi matin, c&#8217;est tous les Franciliens qui sont r\u00e9volt\u00e9s par ces fa\u00e7ons iniques de gouverner.<\/p>\n<p>Comme la presse le rappelle ce matin, \u00a0j&#8217;ai engag\u00e9, \u00a0au titre de mes fonctions de Pr\u00e9sident de <a href=\"http:\/\/mairesfranciliens.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">l&#8217;association des Maires Franciliens<\/a>, \u00a0un recours contre cette fermeture. Un r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 sera d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sous peu afin\u00a0que la justice sanctionne cette d\u00e9cision scandaleuse.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne veux pas m&#8217;avancer mais les juristes qui travaillent sur le sujet ont d\u00e9couvert l\u2019ill\u00e9galit\u00e9 totale de\u00a0la fermeture depuis lundi matin. En effet, il\u00a0manque une\u00a0d\u00e9cision administrative r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement publi\u00e9e. J&#8217;ai demand\u00e9 au Pr\u00e9fet de Police de Paris de nous fournir son arr\u00eat\u00e9 d&#8217;interdiction. A ce jour, je suis dans l&#8217;attente. Une chose est s\u00fbre,\u00a0aucun acte administratif opposable ne nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour pour justifier la fermeture des voies sur berges \u00e0 partir de lundi 5 septembre. Je vous laisse imaginer la suite. A suivre justement.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant,\u00a0\u00a0la r\u00e9volte va bien plus loin, je ne publie pas les messages que j&#8217;ai re\u00e7us depuis hier. En revanche, j&#8217;ai vraiment le sentiment qu&#8217;un &#8221;\u00a0ras-le- bol&#8221; est en train d&#8217;exploser. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de mes coll\u00e8gues maires, beaucoup ne veulent pas\u00a0rester sans r\u00e9agir. L&#8217;action de protestation pr\u00e9vue au d\u00e9but du mois d&#8217;octobre semble emporter de plus en plus d&#8217;adh\u00e9sions.
